Better than I expected but some repairs were needed.
Pros:

I loved the bed. I had a great night's sleep. The pool is nice.
I was happy to see a working hot tub.

Cons:

No ice machines
The hot tub needs reconditioning.
The mens locker room had no working shower s.
The room I was in 304 had a broken non existent shower head. It was an accessible room so I was concerned if you don't have a shower head extender how would a disabled person be able to use the shower. Per the shower seat is in the back of the bath tub and the water doesn't reach with the normal shower head .

Kindest staff ever!
Pros:

Loved the reception staff - who were kind and helpful and understood the situation i was in when i was checking in. Gave me a room quickly and accommodated by request.

Also liked the fact that though I had missed breakfast because of a trip to the hospital, they managed to get me a sandwich from the kitchen at 11 am! Just so kind.

Cons:

Perhaps if the restaurant can be open for lunch, that would be great.

Okay, but will likely look for a different hotel next time.
Pros:

Great distance from venues shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Advertised breakfast buffet but was never available. Half of the staff was friendly the others left you feeling like they were bothered to do their jobs. Room was only half cleaned (didn’t make up and change bedding on one bed, did not empty all garbages, shower did not drain. Went to check in at 11pm and assigned room was still not cleaned so had to go back down to get room reassigned, not ideal when traveling with a 3 year old.

For almost $300 for one night I just felt like it was missing a lot of key factors.
Pros:

But the staff was great and the room was big and welcoming, and the shower was beautiful.

Cons:

Only stay for one night, but the TV was not working at all. So that kind of put a damper on things. The walls was very thin so we could hear the next-door neighbors and I’m pretty sure they could hear us. And there was no microwave in the unit so we couldn’t heat up our dinner.
