Great hospitality and a pleasant stay, but housekeeping should be included for long-term guests.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that room cleaning was not included automatically. We think housekeeping should be included for longer stays, so guests don’t have to ask for cleaning, fresh towels, or new bed linens.

Zufriedenstellende Unterkunft mit kleinem Mangel.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war gut . Die kleine Kochgelegenheit und der Kühlschrank waren vollkommend ausreichend . Leider wurde in den 6 Tagen nicht ein einziges mal das Zimmer gesäubert, obwohl angeblich nach 3 Tagen das Zimmer gesäubert werden sollte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde in den 6 Tagen nicht einmal gesäubert . Der Fernseher war nicht normal zu bedienen , sondern nur über Handy-Anmeldung.

Perfekt für einen Citytrip. Preis Leistung perfekt
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war es kein Problem in die City zu gelangen. Als Familie mit Tochter war Preis-Leistung optimal. Frühstück war für uns völlig ausreichend, um einen entspannten Start in den Tag zu haben.

Stadtrand und Waldrandlage, perfekt mit Hund... Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, sehr ruhig und unkompliziert, beim Frühstück eine entspannte Atmosphäre

Cons:

Keine Töpfe im Zimmer, hätte man sich an der Rezeption holen müssen, wussten wir nicht... Probleme mit dem Fernseher, Stühle beim Fernsehen nicht so gut zum chillen wie eine Couch

Pros:

Nagyon előzékeny, diszkrét személyzet, nagyon segítőkészek voltak az itt tartózkodásunk alatt végig. A reggeli nagyon finom, bőséges, nagy választék volt. A szoba tiszta, az ágy kényelmes. A vonat a szálloda mellett megy, de annyira jó a szigetelés, hogy semmit nem hallottunk belőle. Szeretnénk még visszatérni.

Nem volt ilyen.

Pros:

Hotel liegt an Stadtrand, überzeugt dafür jedoch durch den Preis. Wie waren mit dem Fahrrad da. In ca. 45 Minuten hat man das Zentrum mit den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht.
Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss. Leider gab es anfangs Probleme mit der Ruhe durch zu Laute Nachbarn. Ebenfalls war gegenüber von unserem Zimmer ein Personalraum/Lager, bei dem zwischen 6-6:15 immer die Tür laut zuging. Dies wurde nach einer Beschwerde jedoch schnell verbessert.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, aber dennoch ausreichend, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Im Keller des Hotels befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, die man gratis nutzen kann.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, nur etwas mehr Komfort hätte es haben dürfen.

Ottimo qualità-prezzo
Pros:

Ottimo hotel e qualità prezzo, circa 15 minuti dalla stazione di Kista che ti permette di raggiungere il centro di Stoccolma. Camera piccola ma comoda, colazione ottima ed abbondante.

Cons:

Unica pecca che mi sento di segnalare é che la biancheria non viene mai cambiata, anche dopo tre notti.

Chairs in lounge area were like sitting on a concrete slab. TV turned off as soon as you tried to connect to it. No bar available after 20:00 which was not advised anywhere.

Pros:

Det var väldigt trevligt att ha en kyl/frys på rummet, även om vi åt mycket ute var det trevligt att kunna göra en macka på rummet.
