The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice and delicious. But the standout feature was truly the honest and caring customer service. We had to cut our stay short due to an unexpected change in our travel plans. The front desk staff handled our situation with great professionalism and empathy. They were very supportive during our stay and quickly processed a refund for the unused days without any hassle. Had a very pleasant stay at the The Porch Inn Hotel. Came for a medical visit. Leaving with a lot of pleasant memories. The Services , the rooms , the location is great. The House keeping is great. The receptionists have been excellent. It exceeded our expectations. A total 5 Star (* )experience.

Pros:

The staff is exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The employees are very polite and made sure necessary accommodations were made, since I was visiting with my parents for their treatment. Additionally, they were kind and flexible enough to adjust our reservation not once, but twice. Now that’s rare! Also, our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless, packed with amenities and provided a stellar view of the city.
