Pros:

Wir hatten im Zimmer ein kleines Problem, welches aber unverzüglich angegangen wurde und wir auf Nachfrage für ein anderes Zimmer, sogar ein Update erhielten. Preis/Leistung ist hier eher so, dass der Preis super für die hervorragende Leistung ist. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer, vor allem auch Bad, sehr schön.

Cons:

Nun ja, wir waren nicht für den Strand dort, denn dann wären wir enttäuscht gewesen.

Suite z prywatnym basenem ze znakomitym widokiem na morze; hotel ze świetnym pomysłem

Cons:

Świetny pomysł i aranżacja mają swoje minusy w czystości. Hotel budujący tego rodzaju prestiż powinien poświęcić temu wiecej uwagi. Kubki i szklanki będące na wyposazeniu pokoju były brudne. Rozczarowały zwłaszcza te, które zapakowane były w papier "sterylizowane specjalnie dla ciebie".
Zarezerowany przeze mnie pokój nie był dostępny w dniu meldunku, ale uprzejmy personel poczynił starania, aby to zrekompensować.

Unfortunately, this stay turned into a horrific experience — stressful, disappointing, and far below acceptable standard

• No proper hot water in the shower — had to wait nearly 10 minutes for warm water.
• Electricity kept cutting out throughout the night.
• Air conditioning stopped working on my last night (22nd).
• Reception rarely answered phone calls, forcing me to go downstairs repeatedly for assistance.
• Staff response time was extremely slow.
• Lift was frequently out of service, forcing guests to use the stairs.
• Poor directions inside the hotel — I even got lost near the kitchen area while using the staircase.
• Restaurant staff said room service was closed, but moments later I saw food being delivered to another guest’s room. Very unprofessional.
• Repeated complaints about the hot water issue were ignored for too long before any action was taken.
• Management never personally addressed the situation despite multiple ongoing issues.
As a frequent traveler and Booking.com Genius Level 3 member, I expected far better service from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Unfortunately, this stay turned into a horrific experience — stressful, disappointing, and far below acceptable standards. I would not return or recommend this hotel to others.

Avoid. No hot water. Poor 5 star hotel
Pros:

Leaving. There was no hot water for the 2 days we were there. We wanted a bath in our room but they didn’t tell us there was no hot water so the bath was not usable. Front desk was called but they said they couldn’t do anything today.

Cons:

No hot water in the whole hotel. The staff didn’t seem to care. For a 5 star hotel and a premium room not good enough.

Das Hotel was sicherlich einmal schön, ist aber sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich sichtlich bemüht das Hotel in einem ordentlichem Zustand zu erhalten.
Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön solange man den verdreckten Strand übersieht.
Der Flughafentransfer hat problemlos geklappt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat sich beim Verlassen des Zimmers zurückgesetzt sobald die Karte mitgenommen wurde. Die Toilette und Badewanne hatten starke Abnutzungsspuren, waren aber ordentlich gereinigt. Die Dusche hatte kaum Druck und es kam nur kaltes Wasser.
