Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Thank You, Pledge Scape!
Pros:

Our stay at Pledge Scape was truly wonderful. The breathtaking views, beautiful location, and outstanding food and beverage service exceeded our expectations.

I would especially like to recognize Mr. Gihan, the F&B Service Expert, for his exceptional hospitality. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and ensured that every guest felt welcomed and well cared for. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made a significant difference to our experience.

The food was delicious, the staff were warm and friendly, and the prices were well worth the quality of the experience.

I highly recommend Pledge Scape to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you once again to Mr. Gihan for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable.

Good view and food, poor maintenance. Broken shower tap, broken lamps, and an old-looking bathtub
Pros:

Good view, but the rooms and overall property are not well-maintained. The shower cubicle tap was broken, and I informed the staff three times, but nothing was done. The food was good, which was a positive. However, the bedside lamps were also broken, and the bathtub looked very old or as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. Overall, the place has great potential, but the maintenance needs significant improvement. Again, the dining area staffs very friendly.

Great value for money with friendly staff, excellent food
Pros:

Great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided a nice airport shuttle service early in the morning as we requested. The food was excellent and very tasty. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Needs work
Pros:

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Was nice to watch the tv from the bed.

Cons:

The main reason i booked the hotel was for the bath. The hot water was not working at all during my stay. So showers and baths were not possible.
No staff informed me of this upon check in even though they knew the hot water wasnt working.

The staff were not the most helpful.
During dinner I was asked what I wanted for dessert before I was even served my main, the main dishes did not come with the side dishes they were advertised with.
Drinks took a very long time to arrive.

I got stuck in the lift for 10/15mins.

There was never any apologies from the staff for any problems during the stay.

Très bon accueil, hôtel luxueux face a la mer, bien situé.
Pros:

Situé en face de la mer et grande piscine à disposition.
Bel accueil, bon dîner et très bon petit dej copieux (choix entre le petit dej sri lankais et l’english breakfast).
Chambre spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements (clim, rideaux occultants, douche+baignoire).
Boutiques/restaurants dispos à pied à quelques minutes.

Très joli hôtel et personnel charmant
Pros:

Très joli hôtel en bord de mer . Très bon accueil . Chambres magnifiques ! Mention spécial pour Tharushi qui , en plus d être très gentille et souriante , a été aux petits soins avec moi et m'a très bien conseillée .

Cons:

Heure de fin de petit déjeuner un peu tôt ( 9h30 le dimanche ) et front de mer très joli mais mauvaise insonorisation de la baie vitree : un peu bruyant ( vent , vagues , personnes qui jouent de musique sur la plage , feux d artifices ...)

Fijn verblijf, aardige mensen!
Pros:

Goed hotel, hadden eigen tuktuk, dus daarom qua locatie ook goed te doen. Hotel met zwembad en aan het strand, heerlijk! Vriendelijk personeel, vragen vaak hoe het gaat. Kamer was mooi en schoon. Voor ontbijt kon je vers gebakken ei/omelet laten maken en hadden verder nog van alles vanuit het buffet om van te kiezen. Ook verschillende zoetige broodjes/donuts.
