Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Pledge Scape Hotel! The entire experience was excellent, from the warm and friendly service to the beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the hotel maintained a high standard throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and made us feel truly comfortable and valued as guests.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We will definitely love to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice place yo chill on your arrival and acclimatise
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming - especially Thaisda, who looked after me on arrival and throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed my breakfast -Sri Lankan style and my eggs were cooked to perfection. My room was nicely serviced, which made my stay very comfortable.The pool was refreshing and a nice place to sit for a sundowner. All in all I thought it was great value for money.

A stylish and comfortable stay with excellent dining
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Pledge Scape. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a separate bath, shower, and toilet, making it very comfortable.

Both breakfast and dinner were very good, and the presentation of the dinner dishes was outstanding. The local staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Tharidi and Shenoli at the front desk, who handled all our questions and requests with great professionalism and a smile.

We also appreciated the option of a late check-out, which was very convenient before our flight.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the shower water never became really hot.

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel can be quite windy due to its location, but overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.

As seems to be a common theme amongst the reviews, despite being new and nicely decorated, on closer inspection it’s actually quite badly maintained. The shower was quite grimy and it took genuinely 20 minutes running the water before it became hot. The facilities are all quite tired looking and rusty if you look closely. The front desk service was a bit shambolic and there didn’t seem to be much in the way of management. It was only £35 for the night so can’t complain too much, but just be aware that it isn’t a 5* hotel as claimed on booking.com and there are certainly issues
