Paint chipping and pealing in bathroom room toilet didn’t like to flush. We were on club level. And had to go down stairs for the club room unlike years in the past and the breakfast in the club room was absolutely horrible.

Pros:

We could take shuttle bus because of the last minutes cancellation and my kid was on crutches. The driver was nice and pleasant.

It took a long time for checking-in at front desk even there is no people waiting.

Cons:

The manager of housekeeping banged on my door well before my check out time. I was just entering the shower so i was wearing towel only. When i answered the door, which now I wish I hadnt, he stood there with his clipboard asking when i was leaving and when I said i didn't know exactly but that i wOULD BE LEAVING prior to my check out time he stood there making me wait in my towel while he looked through his clipboard. This is horrible behavior and manners. I had to just close the door since I didn't want to stand there explaining for no reason while in my towel.. No consideration at all. Myb shuttle driver later told me that that day the new owners were taking over if that means anything.

My stay was great
Pros:

The room was kept clean daily, customer service was excellent everyone was very friendly

Cons:

It could use some up dating. In the bathroom wall is peeling, cocking could use to be better cleaned up. And taller toilets

it was great , comfortable and definitely very convenient for out early flight .
Pros:

the location was excellent to get to the airport , I came from a town that was far from the airport so the hotel was excellent for the distance the hotel shuttle was perfect .

Cons:

that the kitchen said to close at 11pm , we got there at 10pm and it was already closed , so we had only some snacks they had here , fortunately they had those .

We had to book a last minute hotel for one night and got a great deal for the room. The place was clean and comfortable
