Beautiful hotel, friendly staff!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options.
We were travelling with a baby and the hotel staff accommodated us so well and everyone was so friendly towards us and our baby. Couldn’t fault them!

Cons:

They should consider to furnish the balcony at least with a chair, I always carried the desk chair from inside outside

Thin walls and aggressive maid morning service
Pros:

Nice hotel but very thin walls. Maid barged into our room at 7:19 am without knocking and while we were sleeping. She did it again at 8:15 am. Would not have expected this from a high-end expensive hotel. I felt like they were trying to get us out quickly so that they could service the room quickly for the next guests.

Breakfast was great but not much of a variety of fresh fruit. Also only thin white bread for toasting. Room and location were fine even if no view. Overall, very satisfied.

Great location and very nice rooms.
Pros:

I enjoyed our stay here as it was in a nice location and the room was nice. The only thing that let it down was the lack of complimentary water in the room. Paid water from the fridge was expensive.

Pros:

O hotel é luxuoso, com cuidados nos detalhes, como toalhas, roupa de cama, isolamento acústico, vedação de claridade, tudo perfeito, excelente banho e qualidade do sono. O pessoal é atencioso e a localização é a melhor possível em Nápoles.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno e não tem armários suficientes para toda a roupa, Estamos em viagem de 16 dias na Itália, mas com somente duas malas pequenas. Não há onde por as roupas.
Outro ponto é cobrar 8 euros por um ovo frito, já que o café da manhã somente da direito ao que há no buffet, que é de boa qualidade, mas limitado.

My stay at Hotel Santa Lucia in Naples was truly exceptional. The hotel combines classic elegance with the warm hospitality that makes Naples so special. The location is perfect, right on the beautiful waterfront, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of charm and modern comfort. Every member of the staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and wonderful recommendations for the city.

Breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh local products and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the sea. The entire experience felt relaxing, refined, and authentically Neapolitan.

I highly recommend Hotel Santa Lucia to anyone visiting Naples. It is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty, culture, and elegance of this incredible city. I look forward to returning soon.
