Beautiful hotel, Waterfront location, Friendly Staff
Pros:

The hotel was gorgeous, our sea view room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we wanted. We appreciated the hotel parking service and the daily morning breakfast offering was varied and plentiful. Thanks to all the hotel staff who were very prompt and courteous in looking after us. The views from the hotel are beautiful - Castel dell'Ovo, Porticciolo di Santa Lucia, Vesuvius, the sea... and we enjoyed being so close to the good waterfront restaurants in the porticciolo di Santa Lucia, while also conveniently located for walks to the Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, Teatro di San Carlo, Galleria Umberto and all the shops and restaurants around Via Toledo. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Naples.

Great location, great base for exploring Naples
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, located on the front, a short walk from Castell dell'Ovo. Around the castle there are plenty of restaraunts, and just a short walk down the front there are plenty more. Come Aperitivo time, the area is bustling with tourists and locals.

A short 15 - 20 minute walk gets you to the outskirts of the centre of Naples. Again the hotel is located well away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Tours to Pompei are bookable with a pick up point from the neighbouring hotel. Book in advance!

The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a continental buffet style with plenty to choose from.

Perfect base for exploring Naples.

Pros:

Beautiful view of castle and waterfront. Beautiful newly renovated room.

Cons:

This is a gorgeous 4 star hotel. We had just stayed at several 5 star hotels and so we noticed little things like no expresso maker or steamer in the room. I would still highly recommend staying here.

It’s too old and needs an urgent update. Breakfast is not good. Some staff members are not too happy to be there, not eager to help. Cleaning staff very rude. Rooms are furnished with no taste.

Nice hotel and loation but WFI not working
Pros:

Have stayed here a number of times land ike the hotel very much, but WIFI wes not working in our room this stay. Was offered to change rooms, but we were only there for 36 hours and we had a number of appointments so not convenient. A lot of things get checked prior to rooms being ok for guests to check in, WIFI should be one of them.
