Nice hotel and loation but WFI not working
Pros:

Have stayed here a number of times land ike the hotel very much, but WIFI wes not working in our room this stay. Was offered to change rooms, but we were only there for 36 hours and we had a number of appointments so not convenient. A lot of things get checked prior to rooms being ok for guests to check in, WIFI should be one of them.

Perfect Naples Hotel
Pros:

Wonderful hotel on the water in downtown Naples. Staff was exceptional and went out of their way to help with directions, reservations, room service, and more. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfat was great with many choices. Can't say enough about this great hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und konnten bis nach Capri schauen. Wir kommen wieder!

Could be very good
Pros:

A lovely hotel situation next to the marina. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. The rooms were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work in our room for the duration of our stay, despite reporting it on several occasions. In addition, you could hear almost everything going on in neighboring rooms, from conversations to toilet flushes. Noise significantly disrupted our sleep on numerous occasions.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options.
We were travelling with a baby and the hotel staff accommodated us so well and everyone was so friendly towards us and our baby. Couldn’t fault them!

Perfect location with great views right at the sea front. Incredibly comfortable bed and room, very friendly staff all around. I enjoyed my balcony a lot and would always choose this hotel again!

Cons:

They should consider to furnish the balcony at least with a chair, I always carried the desk chair from inside outside

Thin walls and aggressive maid morning service
Pros:

Nice hotel but very thin walls. Maid barged into our room at 7:19 am without knocking and while we were sleeping. She did it again at 8:15 am. Would not have expected this from a high-end expensive hotel. I felt like they were trying to get us out quickly so that they could service the room quickly for the next guests.

Breakfast was great but not much of a variety of fresh fruit. Also only thin white bread for toasting. Room and location were fine even if no view. Overall, very satisfied.
