We booked as two twin beds. I called and confirmed two twin beds and was told no problem. Once we checked in, the room had only one bed which was quite uncomfortable to share with someone who is not your partner.
Excelente ubicación. Personal encantador, atento y servicial. La decoración es preciosa. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y bien equipadas y el baño perfecto. No hice ninguna comida en el hotel así que no puedo opinar tal respecto. El parking práctico y económico tratándose de Toulouse. Pude alojarme con mi perra y solo por eso ya tienen un 10!

Le couloir de nage est vraiment petit et plus proposé comme argument de vente que comme vrai "piscine".

Rien . Peut être éventuellement le centre de Toulouse un peu sale mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien
Petit déjeuner très bon et varié, emplacement idéal en centre ville. Piscine et en plein centre-ville.
Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et avons été très surpris par le parking très mal fréquenté la nuit, l’absence d’ascenseur dans le parking (3 étages!). Notre chambre était petite, la climatisation ne refroidissait pas assez et la salle de bain était vétuste (presque impossible d’aller aux toilettes tellement l’espace pour s’y glisser était petit alors que nous ne sommes pas grands). A presque 200€ la nuit, l’hôtel n’est pas du tout à là hauteur du standing attendu pour ce type d’établissement.
The room was spacious and comfortable for two guests. Some of the staff were friendly at all times. The location is very central nearby shops, restaurants and points of interest.
The atmosphere and decor feels like a time machine bringing you back to the 90s. Some of the staff seemed very annoyed and as if they were doing a huge favor in answering simple questions. The “pool” is more like a small water tank. There is no service by the pool, no bar, no restaurant - at least in the mornings when we visited. The location, although central, it is also nearby areas with drug addicts and some violence at night - be careful. Breakfast is disappointing - mostly ultra processed and industrialises food, nothing is fresh. Coffee machine was not working and no staff was able to solve it. Parking situation is very confusing.

Great location althugh it would be great if the room had 2 tables and 2 chairs or one table big enough for 2 people... i can never understand why hotels only probvide one table and chair when there are 2 people staying in the room. Same with luggage stands.. usually there is only one luggage stand even when there are 2 people.
Not enough tables for 2 people to use their laptops, and they were not able to supple another table and chair when asked
