Pros:

Wat enorm fijn dat alle glazen, ook echt van glas waren (geen microplastics!) en de waterkoker een RVS (roestvrij staal) binnenwerk had. Dit kom je nog bijna niet tegen in hotels en wordt zeer door ons gewaardeerd.

Great staff and apartment room perfect for a family
Pros:

Great location in Toulouse, we had an apartment room which worked well with a baby, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was really large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The parking is through a shopping centre and a long way with luggage (not helped by having a broken lift when we stayed). The breakfast was an extra charge of €20pp which felt at the expensive end for a buffet.
