Location.
The bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The place is outdated. and the room had a bad smell.
Breakfast was wonderful but the wait time was longer than expected. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location was good as we were there for a cruise. There was a church nearby for services the morning before we left, another plus! Plenty of food choices close by as well. Would stay here again.
Property was a little dated but in good condition.
Breakfast was good until I saw that rat running under the table
The room smell musty and like cigarettes and it was raining in my room and I was booked the wrong room very inconvenient for me and my family
The location
The staff and quality of service
Rude and Inconsistent Staff Communication
Guest service is horrible
Guest service is not hekpfull and friendly
The hotel is very close to the conference center and not far away from the French Quarter. The room was huge. They have a happy hour with free drinks every evening.
The facilities are too old and the breakfast is too basic (I don't understand why they use so much plastic) for the price.
The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
Due to my late arrival on the night of check-in, I was assigned a standard room instead of the Queen Suite I had reserved. When I requested a change, I did not informed during the check-in about the room, when I went my room I figure it out it was a wrong room status and went back to front office. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that I could cancel my reservation if I wished. However, as the stay had already been prepaid and was non-refundable, this was not a viable option. The day after he changed my room unwillingly.
Additionally, despite there being no prior notice on Booking.com, I was asked to provide a $300 deposit upon arrival. Unfortunately, my card was declined due to a temporary system issue with my bank. Although I explained that I had just completed an 18-hour journey and would be staying for five nights, the staff did not agree to process the deposit the following day. Instead, I was asked to wait in the lobby for two hours until my bank’s system issue was resolved.
Furthermore, the front desk staff member on duty that evening was unprofessional and overly familiar in their manner. Despite my polite request to be addressed appropriately, I was repeatedly called “sweetie,” which I found uncomfortable and disrespectful.
Overall, this was the most disappointing check-in experience I have ever had.
It’s history from being a beer factory to what it is today.
Accommodations are somewhat dated.
I loved the staff they were very helpful and inviting . The room Is a little outdated , and the ac is very loud never for a restful night because it kept coming on and off and would love to have more towels in the room . Valet was great and quick
Ac was too loud and eradicate about coming on and off
Check in went well, and staff was very welcoming. Every time we returned to the building we were greeted by staff.
My room smelled of smoke, not very inviting. The breakfast omelet line was to long with only one person working to make omelet. Balcony was accessible however there were no chairs.
