Bardzo dobra komunikacja (pociąg, autobus i tramwaj bardzo blisko), lokalizacja w centrum,
Lokalizacja - blisko do miejsc typowo turystycznych, które można odwiedzić pieszo (wieża widokowa, Muzeum Historii Naturalnej, Akwarium, Biblioteka związana z zamachem JFK).
Widok z pokoju na panoramę miasta (wieżowce).

Cons:

Śniadania kiepskie, ciężko cokolwiek zjeść.
Nieczyszczona klimatyzacja w pokoju.
Hotel swoje lata świetności ma za sobą.
Płatność w hotelu tylko kartą fizyczną (nie można zapłacić telefonem).
