バスセンターからホテルまでが近いので、利便性がいいです。周辺に食事する所が沢山あり助かりました。館内に、コンビニがあったのが良かったです。

Wszystko było super.
Pros:

Widoki z okna były wspaniałe, wyposażenie hotelu świetne. Czysto. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Good location and superb view but poor room comfort: smoky smell, worn mattress,and a fridge that wasn't cold.

It smelt of stale cigarettes. The bed was very uncomfortable, mattress needed replacing. Pillows were too soft, too high or too hard. The fridge in the room was not cold enough.

כשהגענו בערב התבקשנו לעשות צ׳ק אין בטאבלט, בלי יכולת לשאול או להתייעץ עם מישהו
הגעתי חולה וביקשתי עזרה בקבלה לאתר מרפאה, הפקידה היתה די חסרת אונים..
שהינו 4 ימים, רק שביקשנו ניקו את החדר והחליפו מגבות
מלון טוב במחיר טוב כל עוד אתה לא זקוק לשירות אנושי.

美術館も近く、繁華街からも近くてよかった。バスもタクシーもすぐ乗れて助かった。

近くの県民文化センターの神楽の定期公演が目的でした。久しぶりの広島を堪能いたしました。
Pros:

朝食は予約しておりませんでしたが、コーヒーだけをお願いしたら対応して頂けました。以前お邪魔した時とてもコーヒーが美味しかったことを妻が良く覚えていたので、少し無理を言ってしまいました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

同じく、朝食での出来事ですが、ご高齢のご夫婦が朝食のために並んでおられましたが、大変な混雑でしたのであきらめてご出発されました。時間の都合があったのかもしれませんが少しかわいそうでした。
しかし、そのように込み合っていた中、コーヒーだけに対応して頂いたのは、上にも書きましたがさすがと感じました、
