Corner room castle view
Pros:

The staff were so so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The view in our room was incredible - corner room overlooking the castle and city. The laundry room was an absolute oasis with comfy chairs, vending machines and fun gachapon machines to pass the time. There was also a line to hang our washing in the bathroom and enough clothes hangers to support this too. The location was great - a leisurely walk to all the major tourist sites (including the start point for the lovely ferry cruise to Miyajima island), public transport and great food.

Cons:

While they had great amenities and functionality, the room and bathroom are a bit dated and there was a stain on our carpet by the bedside table. The carpet is also getting a bit older. It's a shame the tv in the room wasnt a smart tv for those quiet evenings in.

Excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for Hiroshima stay!
Pros:

Central to all the main historical sites easy to walk - within 10 minutes. View was exceptional and definitely a highlight of the stay.

Cons:

Maybe a little small for 4 people

Great location and stay!
Pros:

Fabulous location, staff and views! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. As others have commented, the room decor is early 70s but it didn't bother us. The breakfast was excellent. Nice bar and restaurant on top floor with great views. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

飯店距離原爆遺址及廣島市區各大景點都很近，附近還有公車/地鐵/路面電車站，交通非常方便，房間乾淨明亮，雖然有點老舊些，但瑕不掩瑜

Cons:

Goolge地圖上都會導航到後面計程車排班入口(會多繞路+那邊沒有地鐵站)，但實際上可以從1樓餐廳入口進去大廳，如果可以的話看看能不能新增1樓餐廳入口的地標，避免繞路

High quality service and great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, we got a room igh up - they gave us the 28th floor - and the view was amazing. All facilities and breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful.

Having an iron in the room would have been good, and more general plastic recycling.
