慣れたスタッフほど見られてるとゆうことでしょうか

一階のショップ店員さんの接客対応がとっても良かったです。笑顔満点！主人と娘へプレゼント買いました。

スタッフは慣れてるんでしょうが、特別な1日のスタートなので、流れ作業はやめてほしい。挨拶と笑顔が足りない

Pros:

換房後，更高樓層26 樓面北側，正面就是廣島城，換好後符合支付的價格補了日幣3000 元，房間31 平方米，免治馬桶，吹風機也比前一晚的好，棉被也比較薄，睡眠品質大大提升。

Cons:

第一晚因訂房時，只剩下雙床房可吸菸房，沒想到入住時17 樓，電梯一打開，開始整樓層都是煙味，進房後，更可怕的煙味，床單、 棉被都是，棉被還是厚被子，整晚無法入睡~慘，戴著口罩睡，整晚非常糟糕，隔天一早立馬跟櫃台，希望有非吸煙房可換，繳了3000 日幣升等，從地獄心情轉換到天堂的感受，花了二晚台幣12,000，每晚台幣6000 多的房價，差異感受天壤之別，網路上的泳池是要另外付費的，不是房客都可以使用的，這點很不OK。
