Front desk people was not so happy slap my card down and rude when I ask a simple question for my pregnant wife
Breakfast was amazing and went above and beyond!
Honestly did not have the breakfast provided. Location was a prime being located on the beach with shopping and restaurants located directly across the street.
Water pressure was extremely poor for shower use and at room sink. Also room was muggy as soon as we first checked into it. There was a good hint of moldy air in the hallways and also in the room. My eldest child has some allergies and takes meds for them but it was too much to stay out second night so we decided to leave before our planned stay. Also room layout not the greatest with shower and toilet room doors the open to the sink. Not so suitable with four persons getting themselves together at the same time.
Very clean and well maintained facility
I loved the option of swimming in the pool. Or in the ocean. Ocean only a few steps from hotel.
Check in was 3 and couldn't check in to 330 because room was not ready. Little disappointed because after driving 6 hours. We just wanted to unwind in our room.
it was a beach front . the breakfast was absolutely delicious. the lady was very kind . she was a hardworking. i appreciate the free snow cones and coffee. the staff are all accomodating.
the ceiling of our room is needed to be fixed right above the sink. the bad smell was i think coming from there.
Location and clean
Closeness of the beach and the free breakfast was a key selling point. This is my third year and I book here every year because of the location and the free breakfast, but
This year 2026 of June. I had to listen to jack hammering at 8 am in the morning in my balcony room. Let's speak on the balcony, this should be outlawed standing room. I will never do the balcony room again unless it is free addition because it was not worth the extra money. SEE YOU GUYS IN 2027
The people were so nice. Location is perfect perfect PERFECT. Breakfast was top tier, specifically the omelette station (1 per person per day)
There was sand in my room, but that was expected since this is a beachfront property.

The sink didn’t work in our room
The check was very smooth and the room was decent for the price. The view was what we asked for. They cleaned our room and made sure we had clean lines. Waking up and able to get coffee was a plus. The pool was always clean and had shareable for the kids to use. I would stay again.
My husband had a shirt on that did have a word that was used everyday and was asked to be changed. The shirt was sold in store close by. Also could have had more water pressure but the shower did work.

everything was great, the breakfast was prepared to order and was prepared quickly, all the staff i met were friendly and courteous. very clean and excellent location. room was comfortable and always clean when i returned in the evening.
the only thing i didn't like is out of control of the hotel, it was the constant sound of sirens going down the street at night.
