We were there for a concert and the location was perfect for restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless.

The location, The onsite restaurant wood and paddle and the staff were wonderful.
Parking was a separate cost and it wasn't on the grounds. And stand that it's a city and that happens. However it was quite expensive.

Locked parking ramp made us feel safe. Short walk to the target field.
The room was very clean and updated. The staff was friendly. I received a message beforehand asking if there was anything they could do for me. Just an overall great experience.
Location is all good, in the middle of Downtown - nice gym at the hotel.
A very disappointing stay with multiple major flaws:
Billing Nightmare: Neither the hotel nor Booking.com would take responsibility for issuing a standard tax invoice, forcing me to waste time chasing down paperwork required for European business travel.
Housekeeping: Rooms are only cleaned once every three days.
Noise Levels: The air conditioner sounds like an industrial warehouse unit, making a peaceful night's sleep impossible.
Poor Value: The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is severely overpriced for what you get.

Airco was erg fris
Check in wasn't ideal. The staff wouldn't take 2 credit cards at church we check in. They only wanted all the money on one card.
I arrived early, knowing that check in was at 4 pm. Room wasn't ready till 6pm.
The bathroom tile had mold.
The AC filters aren't clean. Quite a few people in our group caught colds from the ac and the rooms were cold.
