Kom man bara utanför down town var det bra
Pros:

Mycket dålig frukost, vi äter inte lunch/middag till frukost. Fruktansvärda priser i down town

Cons:

Bristen på ställen där man kunde äta till vettiga priser, Minneapolis down town är mer som en öken med höghus. Hade jag vetat bättre hade jag bokat hotell utanför Down town

Manager unwilling to assist with rebooking
Pros:

I booked this hotel for an overnight trip to see a concert. I used Priceline to find a good rate and in my excitement, put the date in wrong by one day. I immediately reached out to Priceline who informed me they were fine with refunding and rebooking but it was ultimately up to the hotel to decide. When we reached out to the hotel, we were initially told that was no problem, but after being on hold for a bit, we were then told that the manager, Julie, said since they don’t have to refund and rebook under the agreement with Priceline they won’t and we would have to eat the cost and pay for an additional night. We were happy to pay more if needed for a Saturday verses a Friday but Julie was unwilling to help. Being kind isn’t hard and we will never choose this hotel again for our frequent travel to Minneapolis.

Love the staff and smell of the lobby!!!
Pros:

Amazingly one of the best hotels- when you first walk in the door- it smells like an international spa! Absolutely love it! The front desk makes it greater - Julie greeted my daughter and I at check-in, so nice, welcoming amd kind in explaining a few things. She gave my daughter's puppy a bag of "paw" goodies. Most definitely will be booking my next staycation here. The location is perfect in the downtown area. We will be back!! The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfy. We slept very peaceful. If you are thinking about booking here do it!!!! In addition, the entire staff we encountered were just kind and everyone smiles at you.

Location, clean, bead comfortable

Cons:

No microwave in the rooms, front desk only has one wine bottle opener in the entire hotel. Staff failed to advise daily parking fee offered and we ended up paying $23.00 or more every time we came and went. Refused to reimburse stating they don't own the parking garage. The restaurant Was Wood Paddle pretty but food was subpar and not worth the price.
