The location was great for our event at Target Field including being an easy walking distance away. The parking was extremely easy and reasonable for a big city. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and filled with great features. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was very nice overall.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
Close to the Twins Stadium
A lot of noise could be heard from outside. Not very soundproof. Heard sirens throughout the night. I couldn’t find the thermostat to adjust the room temperature. It looked like the thermostat had been torn off the wall. I didn’t bother calling the front desk for help because it was 2AM.
Clean, nice modern rooms.
The staff. The lady who checked us in didn’t even say hello nor look at us even once. We awkwardly stood there whilst she put a key card on the table for us to take.
Same goes for the host at the restaurant.
Same goes for housekeeping. We had to wait hours for our sofa bed to be made (we booked a king suite for THREE guests, so a queen bed and a sofa bed).
We also had to wait 27h for 2 extra coffee pods that we requested for 3 people in a room for 3 nights.
Clean room and nice restaurant downstairs. Gym was nice a bit dated though

We were there for a concert and the location was perfect for restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless.

when we order breakfast, 1 menu was always missing. not sure why but everyday happend.
Also my colleague's room smelled very awful. Previous guest seems smoking in the room.....
