A professional hotel in a nice area of Denver on a main street for an affordable price.
Pros:

Good location near a Target, Starbucks, and weed dispensary. Near downtown Denver. Nice and clean hotel. Orettt good view of the mountains for being a little ways away. Also good cookies at the DoubleTree, be sure to get one from the front desk.

Cons:

Paid parking per night. It is covered and secured and did lead directly to an elevator to our hotel floor which was very convenient though.

Location OK and some areas still need some updates.
Pros:

The hotel is located on a busy 4 lane road but not too far from Cherry Creek shopping. Definitely not walking distance to Cherry Creek if that’s what you were looking for. Parts of the hotel are updated and looked great. However, my room was pretty dated with an outdated bathroom and lighting was not sufficient. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work, but it was fixed the next day. Overall, a nice stay.

Room was tired. Bed could have used a new mattress. Housekeeping was a no show one day. Breakfast was not the greatest. Fire alarm went off at 6 am Saturday morning

You checked out of the hotel on March 31 around 10:30 AM, but shortly after, your account was hit with multiple charges.
Pros:

The stay was pretty nice. Location was decent even though we were woke up to the car wash blowers next door every morning.

Cons:

Me and my wife checked out around 10:30 am on the 31st of march. A couple of hours later my account was 900 dollars in the negative they debit my account twice for 398 dollars. They tried to debit for a 3rd time. I called the hotel they said it’s just an authorization hold it will fall off and the money will be sent back to my card. It never did they actually charged me for 1095 dollars for the stay again after I paid for it when we checked in on the 26 of march and the other pending charges disappeared. Never have gotten my 250 dollar deposit back. Tried to reach out nobody seems to know what’s going on so legal actions will have to go into affect. Never will go back here again not with the fraudulent stuff they have going on there.

Pros:

Parking was at the far end of the hotel from the lobby. I didn’t know how to use the digital key. Took me a good while to get from the parking spot to the lobby.

Beyond Pleased
Pros:

The Room was more than I expected. Comfortable, relaxing, and productive. The front desk staff were very helpful but Jeff in Flagstones was beyond. He goes out of his way to memorize his guests names, food and drink orders and makes sure you always feel comfortable.

It was good but not great
Pros:

Bed is comfy and clean sheets

Cons:

The room when we came has a block sink, the gentlemen arrive few hrs later and he is so kind and fix it, however, it would be nice if its check prior guests arrival. Also , we cant use the coffee maker as it is so dirty inside where u will put the water, glad i checked it before pouring water as it is filthy and full of accumulated thick dust, u cant possibly drink their coffee in the room with its condition 😞
