It was ok.
Pros:

Room was nice, could have used more lighting.

Cons:

The hallway's were dark, even in the daytime. Brighter lighting is needed. Also the halls had a funny smell. Not like an ozone machine smell. More musty.

Really appreciated help catching shuttle and advice about door dash. Made a stressful night bettere

Liked the comfy king bed. Liked the flooring, felt clean! Spacious room, did not feel crowded

Cons:

Wish it was a little easier for 2 people to eat. One more chair or coffe table would help

Not sure I would stay again.
Pros:

Location , transport to/from airport. There were items to purchase and microwave if you were hungry late at night

Cons:

Hallways and the room were dimly lit. Carpet looked old and grimy. Eggs and sausage were cold. We asked for a handicap room. Instead we got a regular room To get to it we had to walk down a long hallway to the elevator and then walk down another long hallway to the room. Not easy with heavy luggage and husband with limited vision and mobility issues. We were offered any room when I complained of the distance and the fact that my husband would need to climb into a tub to take a shower. But I didn’t want to move the luggage again and my husband was already in bed

Extra assistance by front desk relieved my stress over the boarding pass...thanks.

AC didn't function in the assigned room. Should be checked before assigning people to a room. Move was made easy and quick.
