We liked the location of the hotel itself, unfortunately our view was to a wall we did not get to see much

Cons:

The shower could use a bit of caulking, around the bottom part of the shower was definitely disgusting just based on all of the built-up dirt. Other than that, we will be back with hopefully a better view!

Pros:

The location and paired with how clean the facilities work with having access to the pool and the smart TVs that could connect very easily I would highly recommend this area to stay and if you're wanting to visit the domain as it's a very easy walk into the main areas

Cons:

Getting to the area can be difficult because there is only one entry and exit point that you have to use and depending on the time of day that's when traffic might be congested but that's the only recommendation is to show up early before 5:00 traffic to check it.

Place is very clean. Amazing front desk service. We had access to the pool from our room, breakfast was excellent. It's going to be our togo place in our trips to Austin

Nothing at all.

Cons:

It smelled bad in the hallways like pee. Beds were lumpy. Tv channels weren’t even working. They had the Netflix app on the Tv and I would click on it and the screen would just turn all black and take me back to the main screen after a few seconds. The shower faucet kept leaking water and making a loud noise with it. The hairdryer was very gunky.

Needs quality control inspection

The bathroom was nice and the water-pressure was strong.

Cons:

Customer service started out nice, until I had an injury in my room. Then the front desk seems to be bothered by my request for someone to fix the bed frame ( metal piece sticking out from underneath the side of the bed!! When I tried to get into the bed after my refreshing shower wham!! My right ankle hit the metal piece pertuding out and I fell onto the bed. Rolling in pain, my ankle instantly started to swell.
I called the front desk immediately and informed the receptionist of the incident and they asked if we wanted to be moved to another room. I declined because it was after 10pm and we had already unpacked and now my ankle was throbbing in pain and swollen like a golf ball.
I requested that someone simply come to fix the metal sticking out from the frame of the bed (hidden by the bed skirt).
The receptionist said that no one was available to fix the bed frame until the morning.... making for a long night.
