Cons:

The staff was extremely rude. Every single staff member at the front desk was rude. The swimming pool was disgusting and we never got to use it and the staff again was extremely rude about it every time we asked.

We got away from home and enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, lots of food and replentished quickly due to the crowd. I would say the place is decently well kept, I never saw anything that put me off. Little paint scrapes here and there, nothing bad.

Cons:

ice machines were missing on our floor and no info given about that. Would have been nice to know. The pool was a bit greasy, seemed to have an oily film on the top of the water. Probably needs more cleaning.
