Pros:

It had a bed and a bathroom. And air conditioning.

Cons:

It looked like the pillows had just been turned over. Mascara on the other side of pillowcase. No doona on bed, blanket from cupboard had bleach stains on it. Flannel and towels were stained. Shower was hot and cold but no middle ground.

The room had no window facing outside. The towels were dirty, there was no blanket, and the sink didn’t look clean. The whole place felt more like a prison than a hotel room!

Clean beds and bathroom, but otherwise outdated and far below the photos. Good location.

Cons:

The hotel and its services fall far short of the expectations created by the photos online. Parking is in a very dirty, unattractive garage, Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable, and our power sockets repeatedly stopped working; repairs were only temporary.

Breakfast is extremely basic — a few pastries, two types of fruit, toast, one type of ham and one cheese — served on dirty tablecloths, with drinks in poorly cleaned containers. Overall, the hotel looks nothing like the heavily edited, apparently AI-enhanced images online. Rusty safes and bins, dirty sockets, windows and generally worn-out facilities and building make it feel as though a basic renovation was already overdue ten years ago.

The staff attitude was similarly disappointing. Requests to fix the Wi-Fi or sockets seemed to be treated as an inconvenience, and children who arrived just one minute after breakfast had ended were not even offered an apple.

Window less hotel, mid breakfast and a good location
Pros:

Location was the best part of the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty bad. 630-9 and you have to bring cash to buy coffee. Your main protein is ham and no eggs or hash browns. Our granola bars were expired and the best thing was the juice.

Cons:

The PowerPoint's in the bathroom did not work, all 3 did not work. The fridge wasn't working and the bathroom floor was completely wet due to the fridge leaking water from the mini freezer.
The sheets smelt like they had no been washed in a while. They smelt very musty. The whole room had hair all over the floor, we saw that upon arrival. The toilet smelt very bad like something had died. But once flushed it was okay.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room shower was not working correctly and it turned it was needing repair throughout the hotel. The alternating scalding heat and cold wasn't pleasant. We changed hotel because of it.
