Pros:

As far as location goes it was quite good.
Irish bar just around the corner does healthy portions.
Launderette just 5 mins down the road.
Convenient for the trips we had planned.
Fresh milk and tea and coffee in room

Cons:

Quite grubby. Fan looked like is was about to vacate the ceiling. The slidy yet super sticky floor 😳 Definitely more of a backpacker's hostel vibe than a hotel. Could hear primal noises from various neighbouring rooms 🍆 Still waiting for deposit back... Can't rate the inclusive breakfast as we went out early each day.
Having to go to reception to ask for more towels as 1 would not be enough for 2 adults for 3 days.

Great location…. It’s not perfect but if you are looking to save $, it’ll do!
Pros:

Location & price are great. We’ve stayed here a few times in the past. It is an old building that shows its age but it has clean, large rooms, brilliantly located close to restaurants, bars & the foreshore.
We booked 2 rooms. Ours was near the lift & quiet.

Cons:

The room had not been cleaned properly as we found a used syringe on a narrow shelf in the bathroom.
The 2nd room we booked was along the corridor & our friends complained that there was a lot of street noise & noisy patrons in the halls.

寝ることが目的であれば、立地も良く満足です。
Pros:

ダブルベットの個室を予約したので、他の人を気にせず過ごせれました。
スーツケースを開くことのできる台もありました。
立地も、主要な場所へ徒歩で行くのに苦にならず、スーパーが近いのも良かったです。

Cons:

窓が完全には閉まらず、Grafton Stに面した部屋でしたが夜間の車の音が気になりました。
人によっては、寝付けれないかも。

また、少し床がベタベタしていたので、室内履きを余分に用意した方が良かったです。

タオルや石鹸が用意されていた点は良かったですが、台等はないので、持参したシャンプーや石鹸等の置き場は工夫が必要です。

シャワーは固定式ですが、角度や高さは多少調整できました。
(調整していると、ネジが緩んでいくので注意が必要です)

That they dont allow early check in.
If the room is cleaned and available before 2 then check in should be allowed
I was there at 1 pm and told 2 pm check in.
Had things to do. Not convienent .

Pros:

We were able to check in early which was really helpful as we arrived at 11am

Cons:

Do not stay here over the weekend if sleep is your priority! our room was right above an irish bar which played really loud music until 3am friday and saturday night. when we asked about moving rooms the reception staff were not helpful at all and didn’t even follow up our request.
Location didn’t feel the safest, especially at night times.

1am my daughters and I were woken to a woman being assaulted by a man out side our door. My daughters were so scared they couldn’t sleep. Also a lot of people partying in their rooms all night. Was very noisy and not recommended for families.
