Disappointing and expensive.

The location.

Cons:

It didn’t feel like value for money. There were no complementary snacks to go with tea and coffee. Felt like any excuse to charge money. The gym was small and very hot and stuffy. Very disappointed that the swimming complex was out of action which I did not know about on booking. The aircon in the room was not effective enough. The bathroom smelt of drains. The room had myriad noises around it from above, from the side. Not relaxing.
