Always a good earned treat to stay at the Grand Hyatt!
Pros:

I liked the collins kticehn downstairs and the Bell desk, very helpful

Cons:

The trainee staff at check in. Its may have been better if she had a more experienced collegue with her, she was nervous, slow and made mistakes.

Great location and great views
Pros:

Stayed the night after our wedding and was greeted with a room upgrade and a late check out the next day. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great views from room and breakfast was nice!

The hotel is an embarrassment to the Hyatt brand and I will not be returning.
Pros:

Location is only positive feature. And foyer presents well problem is that rooms do not reflect image presented by foyer.

Cons:

Booked double room and was given 2 single beds - very small and uncomfortable also were rolling beds so sitting or leaning on them was a challenge. Staff were almost rude, unfriendly and off handed. No assistance was offered to help with bags although I arrived alone and use a walking stick. My room was ready early but construction work was taking place and noise was unbearable and no mention of this was made or apology offered. I had intended to rest but could not due to work noise.

The beds were uncomfortable. They rolled around all over the place we were delayed in getting into our allocated room so they gave us another room which was poor quality I reckon and then they subs poor quality for a $12 bottle of wine and some shitty chocolate

I would recommend The Westin over Grand Hyatt
Pros:

Jimmy on concierge is lovely. Bathroom spacious. Good location.

Cons:

Room was very dusty, my daughter has terrible dust allergies and she had a flare up. We were on level 21, it was very noisy. We could hear whenever the bathrooms were in use in the rooms beside ours (including when they were using the toilet!!). I was harrassed by housekeeping about wanting to clean my room and asking when I would be leaving for the day) I was also chased by concierge about my departure even though I had arranged a late check out on arrival. The hotel external windows could also do with a clean. On a whole, not a 5 star hotel!
