We had an enjoyable time, we love Melbourne and the fabulous variety of restaurants and shopping.
Pros:

The welcome Jimmy gave us when we arrived and when we would come and go with the valet parking. The room service was excellent and the cleaning staff so friendly and obliging. The concierge listened and was very receptive to our disappointment and compensated to the extent he was able to.

Cons:

We were not informed by booking.com that the pool was closed for renovation. We were impressed by the pictures of the pool and were looking to swimming. Also we should have asked for different pillows as they were so soft and not supportive for our heads.

Pros:

Where do I start, the view was spectacular. The shower was the best I have ever had, the water pressure was incredible. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable. Breakfast was incredible, so much variety. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

If I had to say one negative thing about our room, it was the size of the shower. It was crazy small.
