Luxury and great location
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and kind. Our bathroom towels were replaced, toilet paper replaced, bins emptied, and beds made after we went out the next morning after only 1 night there. Room service was quicker than estimated and incredibly attentive to placing not he table and asking before entering the room. Warm rooms, easy to operate television. Gave us a room higher up than booked, early check in and offered a later checkout. I adored the bathroom. The tile and shower was beautiful! Opulent Balmain bathroom products as well.

Cons:

I was a little unsure if the bottled water was complementary. The bin was a bit hard to find and I wasn't sure if it was a bin. It was a small wooden box with some squares of paper lining it.

It was a great stay and I recommend highly
Pros:

The location was great, close to everything, the hotel had good vibes with beautiful architecture and a lovely entryway and great restaurant

Cons:

There was no laundry facility to do your own washing

Cons:

The room wasn’t set as a twin when we arrived.
The pool is closed and the gym temporary and we did not know this before staying and wanted to use these facilities. The keys didn’t work to the room 2x

Beautiful hotel great location in the city I would stay there again and soon
Pros:

the hotel was beautiful the beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons:

I didnt like that I had to line up for 25 minutes to get a seat in the dining room for breakfast it was not big enough for the number of guests wanting to eat. I didnt like that there were no movies on demand.

Great location, rooms were great, lobby staff should be more transparent with deals
Pros:

Great location. Alot of restaurants, bars, shopping and activities within walking distance.

Cons:

Concierge staff didnt explain the breakfast promotions properly. I was told if i agree and sign the form at check in i would i would be entitled to a discounted $42 dollars pp for breakfast instead of the standard $52. However, i was notified at check out when they settled the room balance that its only the discounted rate if we use the hotel breakfast for the entire duration of the stay. This was not made clear when checking in.

Great long weekend stay, maybe missing a little attention to detail and water pressure in the bath
Pros:

Room facilities were good, location was great for what we were doing.

Cons:

In the end it is just a room and a bathroom, when you pay that much you probably expect a little bit more luxury and I had mentioned in my booking it was my husbands birthday which the hotel responded they acknowledged it, it would have been nice to have something done!
