A very comfortable, clean, well run, good value classic NZ hotel in Waihi.
Pros:

Excellent central location. Good security. Comfortable room. Large kitchen facilities for cooking.

Nothing I can think of.

Not much.

Cons:

Room small, felt unsafe, poor access and no one to meet. Had to ask other guests whether they worked there snd then how to find someone to show me my cold room.

Cons:

Was very cold. Roosters very noisy all night. Trucks noisy all night long right outside window. Got no sleep at all.

Pros:

Very clean.

Cons:

Broken microwave, no light at top of stairs where you have to use a key to enter in the dark and because it's literally next to the highway lots of 🚛 overnight.

this was a very old building, everything onsite was outdated and old.
it was a windy night and the window slider kept moving and causing noise so We couldn't sleep well.

Location close to everything with in walking distance. Old historic building great host very friendly and helpful. Great price
Great Bakery for breakfast and great coffee 5 minute walk

Cons:

Didn't stay long enough. The building g shakes when trucks go by just added to the experience. Ideal for couples or solo Travelers not so much for families
