The location was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in (and I stay in approx 180 nights in hotels a year)
Stayed 5 nights.
The staff was unhelpful and borderline rude. Particularly Kat.
She charged me for the room that I had already paid for through booking.com. when I said I'd paid when booking, she said no and
(Was resolved the next day). The key card she gave wasn't coded for the door.
The desk chair sank when I sat on it, making the online meetings I had scheduled difficult.
Cleaning staff brought only half the towels, and didn't change bedding even though we left the placard on the bed and asked cleaning staff directly. They did make the bed though.
The stay was adequate. The theme is cute, but it sort of disguised some of the imperfections with the cuteness. While the hotel is pet friendly, I think it is still hard for the housekeeping to clean up the pet hair and such. People who are allergic can still feel it. Housekeeping was supposed to come after the second night, they never did come. When call to inquire, they just brought clean towels. A bit disappointed. The cute reusable bottle is nice, but we didn't recieve one in the room when we checked in, we had to inquire about it. We like the comforter idea rather than one large comforter for two.
Nothing is terrible or to complain about.
The theme was really nice. I especially loved that if you buy the stuffed dog, a donation will go to the local animal shelter.
The AC was way too cold and could not be adjusted. The water pressure was only a trickle, and the water took forever to get warm.
It was very cute with many amenities. The location was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and gave suggestions of things to do in the area.
Nothing
Beds were super comfortable and loved the view from our room (waterfront view). Walking distance to good restaurants and museums. Room also had nice coffee maker with good coffee. The complimentary drinks were also a nice bonus.
The shower didn’t feel clean - there was hair in it that definitely didn’t belong to us.
Very clean, excellent location, nice staff.
Needed a little bit more coffee.
I liked pillows and water service and ice service
Trees in front of windows
Lots of homeless around the corner areas, but can't be avoided by hotel and their personnel.
Room, plush husky awaiting on the bed
My stay was too short
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was in a good location.
The thermostat for air was not easy to understand how to turn it in, I had to get staff to help.
I didn’t like you had to pay for parking, but we parked in the street for most of the time.
