Pros:

Liked walking location to downtown
Check in person relocated me to be near friends.
I liked balcony for gathering with friends

Cons:

1. In hotel restaurant and bar closed whole time we were there
2. Tub in shower was very slippery with no mat, grab bar.or.other safety device.
3. Only one decaf coffee in room for two days
4. Lamp was unplugged between beds and did not have outlet for phone or CPAP.

Location is why we booked, the staff is why we will return!
Pros:

The location was right across the street from our event, which made things really easy. The staff was excellent, so so so helpful and nice! And it was awesome being within walking distance to so many great restaurants.

Cons:

The casting option on the television did not work. I struggled with it for a while before giving up and just watching regular cable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the coffee maker was quite strange. It would pour out hot water and then stop and then start and stop. I had to unplug it each time I used it because the power button did not stop the machine. I would recommend having a card with instructions next to the machine.

Probably won’t stay there again. Last two times not good. Just love the location.

Location. But this last experience, I will not stay there again.

Cons:

Called the desk at 2:30 in the morning. Because of the upstairs room was making too much noise. The noise didn’t stop until 5:30 in the morning. So nothing happened where I can get some sleep. Also, the next day on Sunday, I had no hot water. Let the hot water on for about 10 minutes and never had hot water.

Pros:

Front desk staff were great.

Cons:

Key didn't work twice, Room wasn't very clean. Especially the bathroom. Morning restaurant staff was rude and neglected me so long i just left.

Wonderful spot, right on the river, great value!

Snug and basic but comfortable room
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find and park at ( for a fee), great central location for an overnight stay and visit together the feel of this city. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, a complimentary drink of your choice from the fridge ( no bar of note). Good choice for a central overnight stay, probably a bit cramped for a longer stay?
