Incrediable facilty in an awesome location!
Pros:

Beautiful Inn, conveniently located to the Plaza, shops and restaruants. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The pool area is an oasis with beautiful plants, and furnshings. The coffee shop has excellent coffee and morning pastries and Luminaria restaurant offers pleasant surroundings and outstanding food.

Great Hotel; don't Use Booking.com
Pros:

Location was fantastic. 2 minutes walking distance from Santa Fe square. Classy hotel. Very beautiful. Good food.

Cons:

I don't like Booking.com. They NEVER responded to ANY of my email inquires. I made this booking 6 months in advance, and not ONCE did they return ANY of my emails. I wanted to EXTEND my stay by several days (and l had other questions). Booking.com NEVER got back to me. I ended up having to call the hotel directly on my own to answer my questions and reserve the room for several more days. VERY disappointing. I won't be using Booking.com again.

Pros:

Spa session very, very excellent. Convince to shopping.

Cons:

Thought the room furnishing were very well wore, carpeting at elevator was torn and dirty. Had to call hotel manager at 10pm regarding loud barking dog.

Excellent place to stay at for exploring down town Santa Fe
Pros:

The atmosphere was charming of the hotel was charming. Rooms were clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed and expected. We liked the small seating area in our room which allowed us to comfortably sit down in the room and not just lie in the bed.

Cons:

The shooter had curtains which I’m not a fan of but it’s also not a big issue. Water pressure was ok. The restaurant in the hotel had a rather limited and very expensive dinner menu, but there are good options out side the hotel for eating.

Everything. Luxury with down to earth feeling. Architecture was amazing. Best location to visit Santa Fe

Cons:

A little on the expensive side but worth the location. Breakfast at the restaurant was good but not great and very expensive.

Hermoso hotel y una excelente ubicación. Desafortunadamente, nuestra experiencia se vio afectada por un problema de aire acondicionado en la habitación 441 que duró desde el sábado hasta el lunes por la noche. Aunque informamos del problema varias veces, la solución inicial era solo un ventilador portátil, y la situación no se resolvió completamente hasta nuestra última noche. Lo que más nos decepcionó no fue el problema mecánico en sí, sino la forma en que nuestras preocupaciones fueron manejadas en la recepción. El resto de nuestra visita a Santa Fe fue absolutamente maravillosa, lo que hizo que esta experiencia fuera aún más decepcionante. También he enviado una carta detallada al Gerente General, ya que creo que la situación merece una explicación más completa.
