Très bon emplacement, chambre très propre et confortable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix et répétitif, quelques éléments du personnel impolis mais j'ai pu les recadrer. Une odeur forte de moisissure à la réception à éliminer.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Tesisin konumu tren ve metro istasyonlarına çok yakın bu sebeple her yere gidebildik. Odamız çok ferah ve temizdi. Hergün oda temizliği güzelce yapılmıştı. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi.

駅から近いのが1番。空港リムジンバスから徒歩3分

駅から近い
大聖堂やコロッセオもスーツケースを部屋に置いて徒歩で散策
クルーズ船の港までも駅から乗り換えなしでいける
ホテルで紹介してもらったレストランも良かった

Hotel staff are full of themselves because they think Rome is the center of the Universe
Pros:

An absolute failure of a hotel in terms of service.
I booked a queen sized and they took to singles and stuck them together as if I wouldn't notice.
None of the staff were helpful, every question was greeted with: I don't know, we don't do that or I can't help you. For example: I asked one of these morons for some ice, it was 40 degrees outside, all I wanted was some Ice to put in my bottle and he gave me attitude as if I had asked him for a free five star meal.
The gym IS A JOKE. No machine works, no weights and when I asked for help; again Attitude.
There hand towels aren' towels, but large napkins.
The only people who were helpful were the maid staff. When I asked for something they didn't give me attitude.
