Not much except that it was close to Panera Bread and I could eat there
Nothing worked no icemaker. The elevator didn’t work no hot water and the coffee thing didn’t work and we are very uncomfortable. We are two ladies with disabilities and we were forced to carry all of our luggage up the stairs no one directed us to a working elevator. No one directed us to a working ice machine. No one helped us with the hot water and it was just terrible and as a member, I feel very disillusioned about your hotel now in fact, I would like to be refunded because I had a terrible stay and the floors were dirtier. I got out of the shower and my feet got dirty automatically because the floors hadn’t been mopped. My feet were dirtier when I got in bed then when I got into the shower.

En realidad la única persona amable ahí fue el señor Frank del frondesk en la noche muy amable y la verdad excelente servicio al cliente que me dio. De ahí a todo el personal de muy mal gusto ! Yo trabajo para hoteles en todo California y la verdad la presentación de sus chicas tanto supervisoras y housekeeper muy mal gritándose del 2do al estacionamiento de cuarto a cuarto. Que es eso de que a las 11 era el check out y yo con mi DND puesto y va me toca la supervisora y le informo que extendí noche y si eso está bien pero después va la housekeeper y me toca la puerta y me dice ya son las 11 a que hrs se va a ir ? Ese trato no es para ningún huésped a si su hotel sea de menor categoría la atención al cliente y la presentación de su personal es muy importante cuiden esa parte no venden chicles venden habitaciones y comodidad siempre recuerden eso no son las instalaciones es la calidad del servicio por el cual

Quiet area, no neighbors. Staff was friendly, and check in was a breeze.
The room was really warm and the ac didnt blow out cold air. The buttons were broken and didnt adjust the temperature. It seemed like the room was sitting for a while and wasn't maintained because we found multiple spiders crawling around.
I just like the location and the style of the outside buildings.

Schoon, echter 2 keer is het schoonmaken overgeslagen. Geklaagd bij personeel, maar die gaven aan dat ze er niets aan konden doen. Ik denk dat het hotel zelfstandig denkende mensen in dienst moeten nemen die zelfstandig ook actie durven nemen (overigens zijn amerikanen niet erg zelfstandig en daadkrachtig en oplossingsgericht maar houden zich meer aan regeltjes van hun managers).
De kamer hadden wij 4 dagen en zat achter een muur en was dus erg donker zonder goed uitzicht. De sfeer in de kamer was somber. Schoonmaken 2 keer overgeslagen. Het geheel moet een keer aangepakt worden, er zal meer daadkracht ingepeperd moeten worden aan het personeel. Een goed hotel heeft doorgaans daadkrachtig personeel en een goed doortastend management!

THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, ON A BUS LINE AND CLOSE TO SHOPS
THE POOL WAS NOT OPEN WHEN WE WERE THERE. THIS WAS ALSO NOT THE LOCATION WE WANTED TO STAY, THE STAFF DID MAKE UP FOR THAT ISSUE. WE BOOKED FOR THE POOL AND NO DISCOUNT?
