The bed and pillows comfortable, darkness good, shower nice and soaps nice

Smells from A.C in the room.
The property was a filth! I got shocked as I came in, because the first think I saw the front entrance it was the ceiling lights
in the Booking picture beautiful, in the place literally, falling apart!
The booking did not state that I have to pay 20 dollars a day for parking! In a filthy parking lot! That parking never saw a wash, full of garbage EVERYWHERE! Just few Ice makers are functioning in a 3 building 3 floor complex!
The Elevators are so unsafe, probably out of inspections big time, and dirty.
When to use the pool and there was a chicken bone inside the pool. Complained to the manager and was yelled by the security for being picky, they didn't have the pool skimmer (another code violation), and my husband had to go trace it.
Not going back, not recommend to anyone and shame in Wyndham to have his name in such a dirty property !

We survived - 2/10 would not recommend or stay there again.
Pros:

our room was ready when we arrived. location is good.

Cons:

1) asked for room near our friends. Rep said, sorry, nothing in bldg B, you're in C, you can look across the lot and waive. There were so many empty rooms in Bld B. 2) elevator in Bld C scary - shook like crazy when operating. 3) 1 of 2 key cards didn't work. 4) Neither key card worked for stair access (had to ride broken elevator). 5) Coffee maker in lobby broken, no coffee. 6) scary homeless man ran into parking lot towards us with knife in hand on 7/19. 7) wifi didn't work. 8) beds seem past their intended life (both wife and I slept horribly).

They put me in a building where nothing worked plus they lied to me when I asked to change rooms cuz air conditioner leaked all over the floor . They had other rooms I could have moved to and feel safe

Great location to stay at in SD if you don’t spend a lot of time in your room!
Pros:

The location is amazing and the rooms have had a makeover to try and look more ritzy but you will have to keep in mind that this is more of a motel than a hotel.

Cons:

The keypad for the stairs lost battery so we had to walk to the end of the building and our room keys lost their magnetization on the second day.

The only thing I liked about the property is how close it was to everything I was looking to do out there.

Cons:

Let’s start off with when I checked in,the person helping me had a very bad attitude towards me and the customer before me. Just because the person before me had questions about his price and receipt the desk attendant became very hostile. Couldn’t get any name because none of the employees that helped me had a name tag on. The cleanliness of the room was poor as well the pull out bed that was there had dirty sheets on it so we did not end up using it. The property it’s self needed some cleaning up to do. And not to mention parking is very limited. The parking spaces are small and in weird angles every car there was giving a car space in between.

Great stay clean room. Would def come back
Pros:

The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Place was what i was thinking; was not 5 star luxury but for what I paid, it was worth it and beyond.

Cons:

Only thing probably would be the television messing up. Other than that, enjoyed it.
