Pool was open this time. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.
the pool was cold and unpleasant to enjoyably swim in it, and the hot tub was out of order.
Had some good breakfast, and the water slide was pretty fun.
The hot tubs never worked the whole stay. The keys had to be re set every time we left the building. Most of all there were bed bugs in our bed. The place could have been way cleaner there were used needles in the parking lot. This really is not the best place for small kids. And not worth the $800. Thank god the staff were nice because it would have been hell if they were not.
My partner fell ill after thr stay. Then I received a letter from Riverstone Health regarding an outbreak. I wont be staying there again.
There was nothing to like.
Could have put on the website that the hot tubs were not working, the tv would not stay connected the the wifi so the TV was useless, the drain in the bathtub did not drain fast at all. In a short shower I could have then just sat down and had a bath. Was not worth the almost 500 I paid.

They put me off to the other end of the hotel as I asked and it was quiet so that part was great.
None of the hotel ice machines were functioning, which was a downer as I was traveling across the country and had coolers that I needed ice for.
Eight days after my stay, I received a text from a medical firm that stated that I had been exposed to Legionairs disease due to their water being contaminated. I was very sick shortly after I left the hotel, and had an expensive teledoc call to get antibiotics. I am still not completely over whatever I had and it is a month later.
Now I know why the ice machines were shut down as Legionairs is transmitted through water..
I wouldn't consider staying there again.
Really good location
It needs a reno, and better breakfast options
Worst stay i have ever had in billings
Very good biscuits and gravy
Everything was great I liked it all
Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Hot tub was broke down.
The bed was comfortable
Rude front desk person, key cards quit working, blow dryer didn't work, no towels at the pool, the hot tubs didn't work, asked for towels and was offered a hand towel because all the towels were dirty, the wifi was terrible, we couldn't watch a movie without it freezing, the bed skirt was stained and gross, the top decorative blanket was also dirty, and the kleenex holder was empty.
I paid for one night at first and the hotel clerk insisted then I pay an incidental deposit I paid the incidental deposit and needed to stay another night when I needed to stay the extra night she didn't just charge my debit card for the room she also took cash for the room and then claimed that she had only charged my debit card when I stood there and paid her cash money for my room on the 4th and the 5th so no I don't like Howard Johnson and know the stuff wasn't any good and there was no light bulb and light socket in my room to turn on the overhead light there were no towels in my room only hands house
