Lots of parking. Soaring atrium with comfortable seating areas adjacent to the breakfast/dining area. Efficient check in by the welcoming Miss Victoria. Room size was large and spacious, as was the bathroom with an excellent shower and good toiletries. No buffet; breakfast was cooked to order from a limited set menu and surprisingly good. Location was ideal - just a few miles from charming Millburn, NJ and the world renowned Paper Mill Playhouse.
Some smaller Christmas decorations were still out around the lobby and atrium - on May 1st. All the sconces along the first floor corridor weirdly had their paper covers punched out (and it didn’t look like an intentional design choice). Waitstaff at breakfast on Saturday was MIA (but friendly) for too long. Large brown chemical stain on the sofa bed in our room. Mattresses were far too soft and unsupportive.

I order french toast and had to send it back due to mold. she did ask me if i want something else I told her just an egg omlet but the eggs where runny and vegetable where hard.
Make check on floor or have the house keepers report distrubances. People where jumping up and down in the room above me and kids where running around every night. pool closed to early. I didnt get mush sleep.
The property was located in a ideal place. Pleasant and convenient because of the stores close by

The temp control was spotty. Room would go from cold air to warm. It made the room uncomfortable. The bed was also uncomfortable. The Dish tv option is really bad. The available channels and programs are sad. It makes it hard to relax and watch something entertaining. An upgrade is necessary.
The hotel is small and perfect for short or even long stays it’s very comfortable in a prime location plenty of restaurants and a ShopRite all in the same plaza. I got the package with breakfast included and I promise it was the best breakfast I’ve received from a hotel 10/10 would recommend

Breakfast options were good. Bar & restaurant within the hotel. Parking at the location was good. The location was very convenient. Small strip mall located across the street with a Starbucks, TGIF, Shop Rite, Burlington's, Cajun Sea Food Restaurant, Mexican Restaurant, Sushi Bar. Very clean establishment. Staff very professional, friendly, and helpful. This hotel was 6 minutes from the location we were visiting. We will stay again the next time we visit.

The shower was very small with no place to put guest personal hygiene items. Although shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided in the shower,

When arriving for check in which says 3pm we were told we had to wait as previous guest decided to have a late check out we had to wait 2 hours with all our bags in the lobby after a 3 hour drive we did not receive any notification to let us know that people would be occupying the room later then the 11am check out and to assume that guest will arrive later then the 3pm check in time is so inconvenient especially while traveling with a special needs child when we finally got checked in and walked to elevator the doors were dirty and the carpet in the elevator were dirty and gross our room had lots of worn down cabinets and smelled stale and damp my son wanted to enjoy the pool in the hallway it was loud with u supervised children yelling and being really loud the pool was cloudy and had objects floating in it and the area around the pool was dirty the pool looks way bigger on site then in person the beds were uncomfortable and at one point it was around 1 in the morning and the unsupervised kids in the room next to ours woke us up around 2:30 we were woken up again to banging on the next room door and the hotel manager was yelling cussing out the kids and threatening them to kick them out for being loud it was so bad we staid out the hotel the whole next day to avoid being there and just came back to sleep it was horrible
