I had trouble sleeping at this hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Free laundry.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, ac was loud. Though the location is convenient when you’re coming back from downtown franklin you have to drive past the property and u-turn to get to it.

Wonderfully clean and spacious rooms.
Pros:

We were here for only one night for a concert. Two rooms booked with 2 queen beds. Great price for the rooms we booked. Both rooms were immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised how large the rooms were. The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is just off the interstate making it easy to find.
The true joy for me was how professional and kind all the employees we met were. I apologize for not getting the 3 ladies names because I would have written a review on them specifically. Thanks ladies for making the stay to celebrate my adult daughters birthday a wonderful experience!

The room was fine, but definitely not a the 9 rating that was listed on Booking.
Pros:

Staff was nice.

Cons:

The shower had some mildew, bathroom was not very clean. The bed was not great(pillows were great). No breakfast.

Pros:

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the property. We were also traveling with our dog. They had a nice dog area. The location is great with has so much to do that we will be returning.
