Schöne Lage, schönes Hotel aber leider keine wirkliche Ruhe.
Pros:

Es sieht alles sehr modern aus (Townhouse), es riecht gut und sauber. Die Lage ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Jedesmal wenn im Gebäude eine Tür geschlossen wurde war es extrem laut. So laut, dass wir nachts mehrmals wachgeworden sind. Das ist bei dem Preis leider nicht wirklich zumutbar, da ein guter Schlaf essenziell für Erholung ist.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel room. Comfortable and clean. All the amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. The man who checked us in was exactly who you would want fronting a hotel. Made us feel very welcome. Onsite parking.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The Randles townhouse is a fab location, rooms are very good and to a very high standard. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The only thing we had a slight problem was we the water could be hotter but we did not complain as we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay at Randles Townhouse
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights in room 721 at Randles Townhouse and it was absolutely lovely. The room was perfect, very luxurious. The bed was huge and so comfy. It was quiet and well positioned for town. We had breakfast at the main hotel one morning which is a short walk away and it was very good.

There wasn't anything not to like!

Cons:

Found the room very warm even with the windows open.We would have stayed the second night only that the rate was almost e100.00 more expensive.Instead we stayed in Killarney Towers on Saturday night.We felt that e179.00.p.n room only was very expensive.

Our recent stay at the Randles Hotel could not have been more perfect! The room was lovely and the staff are very kind and attentive. Marie and John K. went above and beyond to create special memories while we were there. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay overall
Pros:

We stayed overnight to access Killarney and the surrounding parks. The hotel was very nice, good parking underground, staff was great, the breakfast was spectacular. Only negative -- no AC, and with the window open a nearby bar was very noisy late into the night (something like 2 AM).

The best hotel in Killarney
Pros:

Our favourite hotel in Killarney, 3rd time we’ve been here. The location is perfect, right outside the busyness of the town centre (which is appreciated during hen/stag season) and still only a 5 minute stroll from the beauty of Killarney town, and a 5 minute drive from Ross Castle & Lough Leane.

The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and a type of luxury you only see in movies. From the second you walk in, you know you’re in good hands, and this is proven time and time again from check in right through to departure.

The room we stayed in was the Kay Suite. I could only describe this room as a testament to the comfort this hotel offers. Spacious rooms (I mean multiple), plush furnishings, and fine touches throughout the room that further sink you into a comfort I can’t begin to describe.

The value of the hotel is amazing, and there really is a whole range of affordability for everyone there. And with the amenities the hotel offers (Wiggs Bar & Conservatory restaurant, the onsite parking, beautiful terrace patio, etc.), the value here is really unmatched.

I could go on and on about how great this hotel is, but spare yourself anymore read time and book the room!!
