A nice stay in Guilin
Pros:

I was expecting more from this hotel. On the positive side, the free laundry service was very useful, and the reception desk was extremely helpful in arranging excursions—we were even able to get a driver to the rice terraces with less than 24 hours’ notice, which is not something to take for granted and was greatly appreciated.

The location is excellent and very central, and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room was very humid, which is understandable given Guilin’s climate, but I still think it could be better managed.

The breakfast was not 100%, with very limited and not particularly impressive options.

The staff were very kind and helpful, but they spoke little to no English, which made communication quite difficult.

Hotel muito bom, mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar.
Pros:

Quarto confortável; localização central; serviço de lavanderia self-service gratuito; atendimento da recepção cortês e em inglês. Ter uma agência de turismo anexa ao hotel foi bastante cômodo para nós. Nota 10/10 para estes apontamentos.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi sofrível! Poucas opções, e o que tinha disponível, além de ser oriental, não era saboroso. Achamos que por ser um hotel de rede teríamos mais opções ocidentais, infelizmente não tinha. Nota 4/10 para o café da manhã.
