Michael at the front desk was exceptional first point of contact and very nice and knowledgeable. My room was clean.the breakfast was great
The service was exceptional from the very beginning. I requested special decoration because we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond our expectations!!
Besides, it’s a great location within walking distance to Orlando’s premium outlets and central between Disney and universal parks.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the quality of service from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and located in an excellent area with everything I needed nearby. The level of hospitality was outstanding and made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would especially like to recognize Michael at the front desk for his professionalism, kindness, and welcoming attitude. He was always friendly, helpful, and made every interaction pleasant. I would also like to thank Andrew, the Assistant Manager, for his dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience. His professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction were clearly noticeable.
A special thanks as well to the wonderful lady who welcomed me on my first day. She was incredibly kind, warm, and made me feel comfortable immediately after a long journey. Her friendly smile and excellent service created a fantastic first impression that stayed with me throughout my visit.
The entire team deserves recognition for providing outstanding hospitality. They truly made me feel like a valued guest, and I sincerely appreciate all their efforts.
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Every part of my experience was smooth, enjoyable, and well managed.
Great full breakfast and close to parks. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed. Fairly new facilities.
Sticky floors as entering the room. Some fixtures especially in the bathroom are starting to show wear or rust.
The 2 beds were comfortable for my family. The size of the suite was good for our group. The pool was good.
My husband and I had to sleep on the couch and it was a horrible mattress. Did not sleep well. You can feel the springs in room 627.
I asked for extra set of towels and it never arrived.
I had a party of 4 adults and was given only 2 breakfast tickets and had to ask for additional ones. My family as a group was not able to enjoy the breakfast because of the ticket situation.

I love the location is perfect and the room was amazing, the hotel granted my request. Staff was very helpful whenever I needed anything. This is my second stay with the hotel and each stay is amazing.

I didn’t like the staff. Out of all the people we met out of the two days we were there only two people were even approachable. I am not a person that usually makes reviews but I just felt like we weren’t welcome
We came down just to see Orlando…and it was a perfect location for that. We are seniors and so we came just to get away from home and have some quiet time. The hotel and staff were great!!
