Pros:

Excelente ubicación al lado de los Outlets para poder hacer compras y comer; con la ventaja de que se puede ir paseando. Las instalaciones del hotel y el servicio de custodia de equipaje genial, así como la atención del personal.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son algo viejas, es cierto que estaban muy limpias y eran de tamaño considerable, pero se nota que tienen unos años y necesitan una reforma.

The location was great cause it was close to a lot of different restaurants and stores. Great access to a target if needed walking distance.

Cons:

The front staff are not great. On the three occasions that I went to the front office for check-in check out and to ask a question staff was very irritated and did not even give you eye contact when communicating with you. It was almost like it was an inconvenience to talk to you. Also, paying almost $15 for hotel breakfast. It’s kind of crazy.

All bit up from bed bugs.
Pros:

The location was good the hotel was good.
The pool was great.
And the fact there was a dunkin on site was AMAZING.
Thats all i got to share this time.

Cons:

The fact i wasnt even checked in and the resort rep took me for a fool.
Lied to me about a tour that was absolutely not acceptable.
They the MAIN ISSUE is that me and my son both got bit up really bad from bed bugs.
Even worst because i already had someone reach out via email with an really unacceptable apology.
I want at least 1 night refunded to me an a true understanding of the issue.
