Location of facility. Cleanliness, friendliness and overall atmosphere were fantastic.
Putting gratuity automatically onto the bill does not make it an option. Tips should be earned and not expected. Subpar service should be known; mostly by a stingy tip. If not, how else will they know to perform better?
