Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Mostly described as clean and fresh in many reviews, but isolated reports of dirty spots on sheets, dirty carpets and superficial cleaning lowered this score.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly praised as attentive, helpful and kind (several mentions including a standout employee). A few reports of rude or overly serious staff and billing issues are noted but are outweighed by positive service comments.
Location
9.7
Consistently highlighted as excellent—adjacent to Vineland outlets, close to malls, I‑Drive and parks; location is the strongest positive across reviews.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as comfortable and spacious, with good beds; some guests noted rooms are a bit dated and reported AC problems in isolated cases.
Amenities
8.1
Offers useful amenities (cozy bar, luggage storage, breakfast), but parking is paid and shuttle service is limited per reviews, which slightly reduces the score.
Value for Money
8.2
Good value due to prime location and comfortable rooms for many guests, but expensive snacks, extra charges and billing/invoice complaints reduce perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Breakfast described as simple/OK by multiple guests; snack prices considered very high by some—overall food/beverage is adequate but unremarkable.
Overall Experience
9.3
Majority of reviews are very positive (many 'excellent' and repeat-stay intent), with location and staff driving high overall satisfaction despite some isolated cleanliness, billing and amenity issues.
