La estancia estuvo genial y todo estuvo muy bien. El único detalle es que el desayuno podría tener más variedad; sería un éxito si incluyeran opciones como waffles y panqueques como en los otros hoteles de la cadena.

En general todo nos gustó y volvería a quedarme

El día que llegamos la persona que estaba de turno no fue para nada amable es más para nosotros fue grosero ya que le pedimos si alguien hablaba y su respuesta fue que nadie hablaba español y estando con el ahí nos damos cuenta que el Jefe de cocina hablaba español y todos los que trabajan con el y muy amablemente nos ayudó con el problema que teníamos, porque hasta le mostraba con el cel lo que necesitaba y parecía como si tampoco leyera esa parte para nosotros fue fatal al llegar personas como el no deberían estar para atender público

SUPER AGRADABLE
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el desayuno muv bueno y variado, la habitacion muy comoda, muy tranquilo, se puede descansar bien, es cerca de los outlets y de los parques de Universal y de Disney, todo nos encanto!

Los colchones ya están demasiado blandos y es como que caes en un pozo al acostarte. Y otra cosa

Pobyt w Holiday Inn był bardzo udany- dobry personel, czyste i wygodne pokoje. Idealne na krótki i dłuższy pobyt !
