Изысканно и безупречно
Pros:

Отель просто идеальный. Чисто, красиво, очень внимательный персонал. В номере есть все и даже больше для комфорта. Не хотелось уезжать

Обман, це ніяк не 5 зірок. Черговий обман.
Pros:

Хороший ремонт, чистий номер.

Cons:

На рецепції нікого немає. Треба чекати поки людина прибіжить з сусіднього будинку.
Вказано, що в номері є диван - ліжко – це неправда, є просто диван, який не розкладається. Поставили дитяче ліжкчко, але не дали дитячу постільну білизну. Ми хотіли попросити білизну, щоб хоч якось застрелити диван - марно, на рецепції нікого немає. Тут немає ніякого СПА.

Чисто, рядом много ресторанов и магазинов
Pros:

Чистота, номер большой, все было

Cons:

Я бронировала этот отель из-за спа, но там есть только заказ массажа в номер. Есть спа рядом, но этот спа отдельно, никакого отношения к отелю не имеет.

Dupa pret, asteptarile erau mai maru.
Cons:

Fara geam. Am aflat abia in ziua cazarii. Al doilea odaie, frigiderul murdar cu miros urit. Covorul de linga frigider murdar. Doua persoane de la receptie nu vorbesc limba.

Luxurious, a short cab from the centre of town.
Pros:

It's a bit away from the centre of Chisinau, but I booked a suite and got great value for money. Very luxurious room.

Cons:

The hotel is just rooms, not much else.
