Готель досить добрий в співвідношенні ціна-якість в порівнянні з багатьма в Кишеневі
Pros:

Зручне місце розташування, чисто в номері, дуже привітний персонал, постіль, рушники все було чисте і приємне, не було плісняви, що для мене дуже важливо .

Cons:

В номері не було вікна, дуже складно дихати, користуючись тільки кондиціонером. Також немає ліфту, що для готелю дуже важливо, оскільки більшість приїздить з валізами. Персонал дуже любʼязно заніс валізи на поверх, але в нас був ранній виліт, то зранку довелось самій спускати важку валізу по сходах, що дуже незручно.

Once was enough. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. However, they felt more like serviced apartments than a traditional hotel.

Cons:

It was almost impossible to find anyone at the reception whenever assistance was needed. There was no one available to help, which made the stay frustrating. Parking is also a problem. The swimming pool and spa are not located inside the hotel, which was disappointing and not clearly communicated. Considering the overall experience, renting an apartment would be a much better option than staying here.
