Pros:

У нас було заселення після 20:00, адміністратор нас дочекався і заселив. Пішов назустріч нашому проханню стосовно номера, за що ми дуже вдячні. У номері чисто і затишно, кондиціонер чудово підтримував потрібну температуру. Був холодильник, якщо ви захочете покласти туди свою їжу, чайник і чай/кава. Міні бар. Чудова косметика у ванній.
Дівчина адміністратор спілкується російською, чоловік - чудово володіє англійською.

Pros:

Чисто и приятный персонал. В номере не было окна,но был кондиционер так что было комфортно. Было всё необходимое из набора для душа и гигиены. Также был доступен Netflix и YouTube.

Cons:

В ванной комнате был странный запах сырости или канализации. Он был не сильный,но ощутимый.

Отель просто идеальный. Чисто, красиво, очень внимательный персонал. В номере есть все и даже больше для комфорта. Не хотелось уезжать

Обман, це ніяк не 5 зірок. Черговий обман.
Pros:

Хороший ремонт, чистий номер.

Cons:

На рецепції нікого немає. Треба чекати поки людина прибіжить з сусіднього будинку.
Вказано, що в номері є диван - ліжко – це неправда, є просто диван, який не розкладається. Поставили дитяче ліжкчко, але не дали дитячу постільну білизну. Ми хотіли попросити білизну, щоб хоч якось застрелити диван - марно, на рецепції нікого немає. Тут немає ніякого СПА.

Чисто, рядом много ресторанов и магазинов
Pros:

Чистота, номер большой, все было

Cons:

Я бронировала этот отель из-за спа, но там есть только заказ массажа в номер. Есть спа рядом, но этот спа отдельно, никакого отношения к отелю не имеет.
