Once was enough. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. However, they felt more like serviced apartments than a traditional hotel.

Cons:

It was almost impossible to find anyone at the reception whenever assistance was needed. There was no one available to help, which made the stay frustrating. Parking is also a problem. The swimming pool and spa are not located inside the hotel, which was disappointing and not clearly communicated. Considering the overall experience, renting an apartment would be a much better option than staying here.

У нас було заселення після 20:00, адміністратор нас дочекався і заселив. Пішов назустріч нашому проханню стосовно номера, за що ми дуже вдячні. У номері чисто і затишно, кондиціонер чудово підтримував потрібну температуру. Був холодильник, якщо ви захочете покласти туди свою їжу, чайник і чай/кава. Міні бар. Чудова косметика у ванній.
Дівчина адміністратор спілкується російською, чоловік - чудово володіє англійською.

Pros:

Чисто и приятный персонал. В номере не было окна,но был кондиционер так что было комфортно. Было всё необходимое из набора для душа и гигиены. Также был доступен Netflix и YouTube.

Cons:

В ванной комнате был странный запах сырости или канализации. Он был не сильный,но ощутимый.
