Good value of money for such a room
Pros:

The view of the hotel on the river made it a nice stay.

Cons:

Location I think its bit far from city center. No much activity at the evening. I dont get why there are birds in cage in the common area near the lifts.

Неплохо, но следующий выбор остановил бы на другом

Чистый номер, приветливый персонал

Cons:

Завтрак скудный и не пополнялся за то время что мы там были. Хоть и были дорогие позиции (сезонная клубника), остались голодными. Местоположение тоже не очень, за те деньги: лучше брать на том берегу что крепость, потому что здесь вокруг - частный сектор.

Даже незначительные недочеты воспринимались позитивно, потому что бизнес - делаю Люди! Отдельное сердечное спасибо Хуршеду ( менеджеру отеля и администратору ресторана) за отзывчивость, клиентоориентированность и готовность помочь во всем! Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

* Most of the hotel’s advertised facilities, including the fitness center, swimming pool, and karaoke, were completely closed during our stay.

* We had to change rooms because the shower was faulty: water leaked onto the bathroom floor and the handheld shower was broken (No one checking the hotel befor guset arrival)) Finding a replacement room took a long time and involved a lot of unnecessary discussion. The alternative they offered had 3 signle beds, and when we explained that we had booked a double room, they kept insisting that the room was larger, which was not a valid solution for us. What is the advantages a of biger room with wrong options?
The receptionist tried to be helpful, but the hotel manager, who was sitting right next to them, didn’t say a single word and showed a very unprofessional and irresponsible attitude.

* Housekeeping was extremely poor. Every day when we returned to the hotel around 4 pm, the room had still not been cleaned. We had to repeatedly remind the reception to clean it and then wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes each time. Even when we informed them in advance about our return time, it made no difference.

* The restaurant outside the hotel (which belongs to the hotel) was closed for half the day, and even during opening hours, the service was very limited.

Overall:
I would not recommend this hotel at all — in fact, I strongly advise avoiding it. If the booking system allowed it, I would have requested compensation or a partial refund.

Pros:

Parliament Palace Hotel in Khujand was an excellent stay. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the outdoor patio had a great view overlooking the river and downtown. About 10 minutes after I was in my room, I heard a knock at the door and the staff brought me a tray of various nuts as a welcome gift! The location is ideal and easy walking distance to several good restaurants and relaxing spots if you’d like an adult beverage (Wall Street, etc.).

I want to extend a special thanks to Farhod at the front desk. His English was excellent, and he took his time to explain where to go and what to see. The thing I remember most about Farhod is he always had a genuine smile which made me feel taken care of. The breakfast was complimentary and cooked to order, which was a great bonus. I’d gladly stay here again.
