Kahvaltı açık büfe ve seçenekleri çok fazlaydı lezzetliydi otel personelleri çok tatlıydi bu arada az da olsa Türkçe biliyorlar ve çok esprililer havuz kısmı çok keyifliydi otel misafirlerine bir ücret alınmıyor biz otel misafiri olduğumuzu belirtmediğimiz için yanlışlıkla kişi başı 30 Euro vermiş olduk avmye yürüme mesafesinde konumu güzel merkeze de taksiyle 15 dakika sürüyor taksiye ihtiyacıniz olursa resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan rica edebilirsiniz sizin için çağırıyorlar kosovaya tekrar gidip tekrar aynı otelde kalacağım teşekkürler 🙏
Odalardaki lavabolar şeffaf camdı yatagin yanında bulunuyordu aileyle gidecekseniz kesinlikle belirtmeniz gerekiyor biz erkek kardeşimle 1 gece kaldığımız için belirtmedik sıra sıra dışarı çıkarak idare ettik.

The pool behind the hotel and svimming pool inside
The staff were exceptional. Merita and Osman at the front desk were fantastic! We arrived late, and they welcomed us with such excitement! Merita went out of her way daily to make sure we had everything we needed. They make you feel at home and like an invited guest! Arta the front desk manager also, was very good! The waiters in the restaurant were funny and very attentive. Hotel food was very good.
The hotel looks great on arrival, the outdoor pool area makes you feel like you are at a beautiful resort. However the room cleanliness was below standard for any star hotel. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the hotel does not offer any other options. Considering this is one of the best hotels Pristina has to offer the mattress also was below standard.
The pool staff overall were great. The wait staff were very helpful and attentive. Downside to the pool area is that hotel guest have zero priority other than skipping the line, however there is no designated area it’s basically first in first allocation. You can’t even reserve beds.

Could not use pool on the check-in date, only on check-out day. Which is very strange. The spa was not working, only the pool was open. My expectation was far off what the reality is

Die Poolanlage (Sol by Venus) ist einzigartig, traumhaft und unglaublich hochwertig. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr hilfsbereit und fleissig. Beim Frühstück haben besonders gut die Croissants geschmeckt.
Alles war super.
