Tolle Lage aber schlechtes Preis—Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt bei der Pristina Mall. Auch das Essen war gut, ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Poolbereich. Das Personal ist sehr lieb, herzlichen Dank für alles! ❤️

Cons:

Leider ist die Unterkunft recht teuer und da erwartet man einen anderen Standard. Die Zimmer sind nicht schön, in unserem 1. Zimmer hat es sehr gestunken, ein Riesen Riss war im Spiegel/TV. Insgesamt wirken die Zimmer schon sehr abgenutzt. Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel.

Hotel staff make stays pleasurable. That was certainly the case at the Venus Hotel.
Pros:

The location suited us as part of a road trip from Tirana via Pristina to Skopje and onwards. It is sited in an area that appears to be zoned for light industry - a 15 minute drive to central Pristina.
We enjoyed our chats with the Manager and Receptionist. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and facilities generally were popular and well used.
The hotel appears to be a very successful wedding and conference business.

Cons:

We had booked a Junior Suite - the description included the word "View". We were offered a single room which was not what we expected (The word "Suite" means more than one room). Whilst no room in this hotel had a view that might be described as "Scenic" this one looked out over a flat roof. We changed to a Superior Suite which was effectively a lounge and a separate bedroom and with what I would call Juliette Balconies. .The change was amicable and the new Suite absolutely fine.

- the beach club

Cons:

- horrible location in an industry zone with very loud music until the middle of the night, and the staff doesn’t care. I guess as there is an event location on the roof it’s all the time like this, we went on a Thursday, luckily only for one night
- staff is not on a 5 star hotel level. Not trained to communicate on that level with guests. Plus, even if I mentioned in advance that it was to celebrate my birthday, no small gesture has been prepared. When I complained about the incredibly loud noises also saying that the idea was to have a beautiful birthday and not to wake up the next morning after a horrible night of no sleep, no one congratulated me. They also didn’t want to give me a fair compensation as this night was clearly not worth over 200€. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious but peaceful stay.

Pros:

Ich bin ein regulärer Gast im Hotel, die Lage , Zimmerausstattung und diverse Bereiche haben mich dazu gebracht.

Cons:

In den Nächten vom 21-23 August wurden Hochzeiten bis spät in der Nacht gefeiert (2-3 Uhr morgens),an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen als ich das Zimmer wechseln wollte wegen dem SEHR GROSSEM Lärm und dem Feuerwerk.
2 Nächte an denen Ich als Gast nicht schlafen konnte.
Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unprofessionnell und meinte ja aber im 5ten Stock könnte ich Fotos mit lokalen Musikern machen als gegenleistung.

Nice hotel with pool and attentitive staff, some elements need reviewing to make it 5 stars
Pros:

Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very attentative and helpful throughout the stay. We enjoyed the Sol pool club that was included in the booking.

Cons:

Some elements of the stay were not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel i.e. flashing lights in lobby, no lights in the shower, no complimentary items i.e. coffee & tea. Loud music heard in the evenings as the hotel hosts weddings and events which could be heard 3 floors down with the windows closed.
