Ich bin ein regulärer Gast im Hotel, die Lage , Zimmerausstattung und diverse Bereiche haben mich dazu gebracht.
In den Nächten vom 21-23 August wurden Hochzeiten bis spät in der Nacht gefeiert (2-3 Uhr morgens),an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen als ich das Zimmer wechseln wollte wegen dem SEHR GROSSEM Lärm und dem Feuerwerk.
2 Nächte an denen Ich als Gast nicht schlafen konnte.
Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unprofessionnell und meinte ja aber im 5ten Stock könnte ich Fotos mit lokalen Musikern machen als gegenleistung.
Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very attentative and helpful throughout the stay. We enjoyed the Sol pool club that was included in the booking.
Some elements of the stay were not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel i.e. flashing lights in lobby, no lights in the shower, no complimentary items i.e. coffee & tea. Loud music heard in the evenings as the hotel hosts weddings and events which could be heard 3 floors down with the windows closed.

Le personnel est froid, seul 1 ou 2 employés ont eu la descence de dire bonjour à la réception. Voir même de répondre lorsque nous le disions au passage.
La pisince annoncée comme étant à l'hôtel est en réalité un BeachClub ouvert au public. La musique est hyper forte toute la journée et il n'y a rien de calme ni de reposant. À l'entrée vous êtes fouillé complet. Oubliez d'entrée avecla moindre bouteille d'eau ou même une pomme ou banane (même pour une femme enceinte). Tout est fait pour vous forcez à consommer. Le personnel de la piscine est détestable. Et le "videur" qui fouille l'entrée vous considère comme un grand voleur s'il découvre une bouteille d'eau et vous hurle dessus.
Rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Breakfast was good and the hotel generally was very nice. Staff were very good.
Everything was great apart from confusion about not being able to use pool in first day of stay. That is unfair especially for those who only stay 1 night however they managed to fit us in even though this was the case which was great.
The staff were very welcoming and genuinely attentive. All of our requests were taken care of with kindness and professionalism. I would honestly say that the staff really upgraded our stay!
For a 5-star hotel, I think a few details could be improved. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and there was also a party one night that went on quite late. We also didn’t have hand soap/liquid soap available throughout our stay, which is something that should have been provided from the moment we arrived.
