Enttäuschend. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich.

Wir haben heute im Hotel Venus in Pristina eingecheckt und sind leider sehr enttäuscht.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der beworbenen Poollandschaft und der Sky-Terrasse gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass der Außenpool erst ab dem 1. Juni geöffnet ist. Das war zwar letztendlich unser Fehler, da wir den Hinweis auf Booking übersehen hatten, dennoch hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Verständnis und Freundlichkeit vom Personal gewünscht.

Als wir höflich gefragt haben, ob es möglich wäre, zumindest draußen ein paar Stühle oder Liegen bereitzustellen, wurden wir von der Mitarbeiterin Merita eher belächelt und unfreundlich behandelt. Statt Verständnis oder einer kleinen Alternative wurde uns einfach vermittelt, dass unser Anliegen lächerlich sei. Wir haben uns sogar entschuldigt und erklärt, dass wir den Hinweis übersehen hatten, aber darauf wurde überhaupt nicht empathisch reagiert.

Zusätzlich ist die beworbene Sky-Terrasse bzw. allgemeine Terrasse aktuell wegen einer Baustelle ebenfalls nicht nutzbar. Das sollte unserer Meinung nach deutlicher kommuniziert werden, da mehrere beworbene Bereiche des Hotels momentan geschlossen sind.

Sehr schade, denn gerade bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwartet man zumindest einen respektvollen und professionellen Umgang mit Gästen.
