The location was wonderful and staff was really friendly.
The glass around the en suite bathroom is transparent which makes it a bit uncomfortable.

Very little wrong with this hotel
Great location Surry Hills, with bus stops a few minute walk away. Was able to store luggage before and after check-in.
The shower pod wasn’t interesting feature for the room but it did the job (water did go under the door into the main bathroom)
Liked the location, easy walk to the SCG, pub and shops. Nice big room.
Walk in shower would have been better than stepping into a bath, but that’s a minor thing for an older person.
