Ground floor room access to outside without having to leave the room

Cons:

Poorly set up for new guest arrival dismissal coffee & supplies
No Xtra blanket the room was booked for 3 adults I had to call down for towels & such no bath mats
Somewhat tardy to arrive at the lobby I told both the front desk & staff in the breakfast room that we would be having our complimentary breakfast staff continued to remove food items despite my request poorly done

Wouldn’t stay here twice

Cons:

Everything was filthy. Grime and mold in the bathroom. Something brown and sticky running down the bathroom door. Bed was worn out on one side and you couldn’t stay to one side of the bed. Floor was dirty, couldn’t manage the heat in the room and not sound proof at all. Woke up multiple times a night because of doors slamming , people talking etc.

Been here once before and it was okay, but now it’s not even okay anymore, too filthy.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Not very clean, sheets had hair all over, couch had dog hair, found a dog collar beside the couch. The bath drain was functioning my husband had to fix it because we had just changed room due to dirty sheets. It was just horrible.
