Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Fitness centre and swimming pool were excellent.

Cons:

The atmosphere was lacking. The restaurant was almost empty and service in the restaurant was poor. We ordered main courses and they came on in bits and pieces over a 15 minute period.

- Great location and nearby shopping mall
- Good price
- In room dining is great 24/7 service
- Hotel grant us two meal vouchers which is cool
- Free parking

- Toilet has slight stinky smell
- Breakfast restaurant is a terrible experience with hygien and ưaitress' attitude/profession
+ Waitress cleans the used table by pushing away the crumb to the floor, and do not even replace the new placemat. From the moment seeing it, i do not dare using my mat, and realize that it is really dirty!
+ No smile and contact by the waitress, even she come to take away the used dishes. She is very rude, no asking if she can take it away, or if the guest finish ing the meal or not. Even she take away the soup bowl in the table next to me without asking, she the guest has to stop the waitress because she not finish the meal yet.
- Breakfast in the second morning is a mess. It is Sunday l, full of guests, and no meal filling up, most of the foods are empty, or served with bad quality
- No good support and clear instruction with parking lot. I feel uncomfortable in the very first moment.

Cons:

Nước bể bơi lạnh, không đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn. Sau khi bơi 20 phút, toàn thân bị nhiễm lạnh. Toàn bộ khu vực cổ, vai và gáy bị cứng. Không thể di chuyển trong nửa ngày. Nhân viên bộ phận hành lý làm việc không có trách nhiệm, xao lãng. Lúc check in và check out, đều không có sự hỗ trợ của bộ phận hành lý. Mini bar trong phòng (3107) bị hỏng. Không làm lạnh đồ. Tuy nhiên, sau khi phản ánh thì khách sạn đã mua ngay mini bar mới và thay thế trong phòng.
