Pros:

The staff were welcoming and answered our questions and made suggestions to help us when visiting tourist sites. it’s in the heart of the town, it’s super peaceful and quiet I would recommend this hotel and will be happy to visit again

Good value for money
Pros:

The location was great, very central. Staff was also very helpful and gave good tips for things to do. If you want a good room, book the top floor with a good scenic view. The breakfast was horrible and really limited.

Cons:

The breakfast. Also, they have a policy for no walking with shoes which I didn't mind.

A comfy stay with friendly staff, easy tour bookings, and great value overall 💯
Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay here. One thing I appreciated was being able to book all my tours and transportation directly through the hotel. The prices were pretty much the same as what I saw around town, so it saved me a ton of time and hassle. The staff were super friendly and always happy to answer my questions about things to do in the area. My room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location was also great for getting around Vang Vieng. Overall, no complaints :)

Cons:

The Wi-Fi could be a bit inconsistent at times, especially in the evening. Other than that, I didn't have any major issues during my stay.

Location is good snd easy to find

It is good for Guests without big vehicles. Hotel is on main road side. No parking lot, you have to park on the road in front of the hotel.

good hotel for the price you pay. enjoyed our stay in laos.
Pros:

property was in great location, not a far walk from 7/11, night markets or pubs/ bars. staff were lovely, the owners helped us sort out any activities we wanted to do eg. power motoring.

Cons:

the pool was not in use as the day we arrived it was very dirty then the next day they had emptied it and was refilling it which meant we weren’t able to use it. DO NOT LEAVE ANY OPEN FOOD IN ROOMS AS IT ATTRACTS ANTS

Would not stay again.

Cons:

The pool was empty and not in use which is one of the reason we picked the hotel. The tv’s even though listed as an amenity and on in the pictures of the room do not actually operate and haven’t for years apparently. One in the group was really sick so was stuck in a hotel bed for two days with nothing to do and the power kept going out so couldn’t be comfortable in the overwhelming heat. Our bathroom door didn’t fully open as it hit into the vanity bench so we couldn’t even use the sink without having to slide into the bathroom close the door and move behind it which was minor but still frustrating. The manager offered us a free night discount but then reneged the offer at time of payment, he said he didn’t care about our issues and we couldn’t have left earlier.

Tv but not a smart one so couldn’t use it. The pool was empty during my stay so couldn’t use it. Shower head was wobbly and not much water pressure

Good location and decent breakfast. Very basic room but good for the price point. One of the pillow cases was very stained which wasn’t very pleasant but a good option for a few nights stay in Vang Vieng. Laundry available in the hotel which was handy.

Pros:

Good location for all the activities in the area. The lady at reception was very nice. The room was overall clean. Seems like you can book a lot directly through reception which is great.

Cons:

Rooms needed a bit of a touch up, the shower head was broken and the paint was coming off the walls. Breakfast was okay but the pool was a bit dirty.
