FOOD WATCHER CECILIA......
Pros:

Always the location and the staff manger Danielle and employee Jose and Dave they are always helpful polite and accommodate any issues or request when asked

Cons:

Employee Cecilia (CC) This lady has continuously made myself and spouse feel highly uncomfortable when visiting the breakfast area for some reason she tends to stand behind us and has the audacity to comment on what we grab for food...we have now had to eat outside of the inn even tho we enjoy the locations meal and it's paid for. Also the facility is losing its cleanliness touch...Rooms are dusty hallways smell of feet / mildew towels and bedding are old and plumbing is getting worse

Pros:

The pool gets sun into the afternoon. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast staff was also very nice. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, neat and clean. The room was clean and well stocked.

The maintenance could use just a little addressing.

Dirty, roach infested, do not stay here

Horrible hotel, roaches in the rooms, i will never stay here again

Cons:

Not clean, this is a pet friendly hotel and the room i was moved to after the first one had roaches, we found dog food on the carpet like literally the room hadn’t even been vacuumed. Then another roach.

Pros:

The staffs are friendly and welcoming, all facilities are working well.

Cons:

There was loud music at night that we could hear very clearly which disturbed our sleep. AC also turned hot at night but with the right adjustment it quickly turned cold again.
