Concierge sehr unaufmerksam und vergesslich, die Zimmer im 6. Stock waren extrem heiß, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte

On website it was unclear that parking was extra and it was not clear of the price anywhere it could be helpful if price

Cons:

Zostałem obciążony całodobową opłatą za parking pod hotelem pomimo przebywania tam wypożyczonym samochodem przez 30 min (455 DKK). Próbowałem to wyjaśnić, ale personel w recepcji kiepski w komunikacji, zrozumieniu problemu i potrzeb klinta.

Hotel bonito, boas instalações e equipe simpática.
Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã, mas caríssimo. Caríssimo.
Não costumo comentar preços, mas por todo contexto, é bastante elevado o valor.
Quarto confortável, apesar de armario pequeno.
Emília da recepção foi fantástica desde nossa chegada até a saída. Atenciosa, prestativa e com ótimas indicações.
Localização excelente !!!
