Traumhafte Lage!
Central location in an interesting tourist area
Small but well appointed room
Excellent hotel facilities
Helpful and pleasant Reception staff
The bathroom drain in my room (#164) had a distinct unpleasant smell - suggest investigation
TV options for English speakers quite limited (e.g. no BBC)
Best location and good amenities
Breakfast sunny side up was so cold.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff are were fantastic. Got upgraded to a seaview which we were thankful for.
Breakfast too expensive so didn’t get to enjoy.
Great location and the outdoor cafe is excellent
The rooms are small and musty and the facilities in the room are not what you would expect for the price you are paying
Great room and early check in. Dinner was great. Front desk helped arrange taxi. One of the few hotels that has quality tissues!
Better in-room coffee
Man konnte gut lüften.
Great location on the harbor. 5 minutes short walk to nyhavn but none of the noise and crowds. Spacious clean room, great shower. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast in the harbor facing restaurant, posh bar where the barman prepares a neat martini in front of you with much virtuosity. Short 10 minutes walk to metro station. Great hotel. Will definitely come back
For a pricy 5 star hotel we found it odd there was no coffee machine in the room, not a thing was complimentary (like we did in other 4 star hotels, I.e - in them we had complimentary water bottles, light snacks and fruits, kettle with coffee and teabags etc. Here there was none). We had a king size bed but it had 2 separate single blankets. when we asked for a large blanket for both us we were told that these are only for suite guests and that all suites were occupied now so we can’t get one - which was not an answer we expected from this kind of hotel. We ordered room service one late night and after a while they told us they can’t prepare what we asked for because the toaster was broken..
But all this was small stuff. In general it was a great stay.
Wonderful property on the water, they have bikes and a small pool. The breakfast is amazing and the outdoor bar is excellent. Walking distance to Nyhavn. We had an amazing stay.
Really great location and looks very nice.
For the price I paid, we should’ve been able to sleep comfortably… but instead, it was unbelievably hot in the loft bed. We even tried a fan at night, but couldn’t sleep the whole time we were there.
