Pleasant.
Pros:

Lovely charming interior. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Room was very cold. I understand the cost of heating is high but so cold didn't use the shower. Maybe some form of heat in the bathroom would have been good.

Beautiful place room disappointing because noise level
Pros:

The whole place was excellent breakfast good

Cons:

We where in room 8 which was near the intake system to keep cellar cool and it made a buzzing sound non stop which kept us awake we notified a member of staff in the morning they explained to us what the noise was so therefore may have been told about it previously!

Good stay.
Pros:

Our room was a little basic (that may have reflected our very good, cheap deal) but perfectly comfortable and very clean. Had evening meal and breakfast and both well cooked and presented. Friendly staff. Good location for access to Stamford, Peterborough etc.

I very much liked the bar area and the friendliness of the staff

Cons:

I specifically search for a BATH room. This confirmed a BATH room...but it was a shower room. I asked and was told they do not have BATHS....is this a booking.com issue or a location one?

Lovely Country pub
Pros:

Wonderful friendly staff.The rooms were spotless and very spacious. Breakfast was lovely and a nice cosy traditional country pub. Highly recommend

Cons:

Room a little dusty , furniture a bit shabby. Ventilation poor in the bathroom which has caused mould, could easily be cleaned.

Okay for one night

Nice meal in the restaurant downstairs
Good shower

Cons:

No window in the room, so was very claustrophobic and cell like.
No secondary lock to the door. Very worrying, especially for a solo female.
