The property was lovely nice and new great location for what we were doing
The reception staff- each time I interacted with them (different staff too) the were rude and dismissive. They did not listen to questions asked of them.
We had an issue with our bill being charged twice for breakfast and I actually had to forcefully say stop multiple times to the staff member and when I asked to speak to a manager she was dismissive and rude.
The pillows were not good to sleep on- my advice take your own!

I don't like the people standing out the front smoking
We didn't get to eat there but the tavern looks good. Staff were very friendly.
It would be really helpful to have much better lighting the rooms (change the bulbs over). It's almost impossible to put makeup on in the bathroom with a small yellow light. There was also only a single chair with the table - for two people that's not sufficient. The gym could also do with a large mirror to ensure weights are being done correctly and leg exercises. Would have been appreciated if parking came with the room as we were down for a funeral and were not expecting to pay another $30 on top of the accommodation when the hotel is so far from the city.
In general speaking everything was great.
