The location.

Cons:

The room had roaches, and a leaking toilet. My key card kept being deactivated and I had to keep going to the office for them to fix the card. And at 10:00 a.m. a worker tried to come in the room. I guess there was a misunderstanding with the checkout time. Which is weird because I communicated clearly and paid extra. And the toilet paper holder was broken, I let one of the workers know, And he said oh, I thought you wouldn't notice. Like wtf!

Pros:

The room are all completely remodeled as of only 6 months ago and they did a fantastic job!! We spent 4 nights/5 days. The staff across the board was so attentive and friendly. They were right there for anything we needed! We have a van and didn't plan on staying at a hotel; however, the wind and smoke from the fires were just to bad to stay in the woods, and we're so happy we found the Overland Hotel! We will without a doubt be back!!

I ha stayed here many times, staff are friendly, never had issues.

Everything else the hotel was under construction the whole time we were there and the first room they gave us had dirty sheets and the stove didn't work they moved us rooms and the second room was better but not ideal to sleep 5 quest and only have one bathroom
