Booking.com catfishes me again!

We got there and the entire property was undergoing painting and there was no heads up about it - sheets were dirty and had to get new ones

Clean room but miserable night on an uncomfortable bed.

The room was recently renovated and extremely clean

Cons:

The room was warm and the air conditioner would start up cool for a while then stop completely and never come on again. You’d have to get up in the middle of the night push the off button then push the on button to restart then it would do that all over again

Also, the refrigerator would turn on and start making a home that later turned into a loud shutter that continued until you go over and hit the top of the refrigerator to stop. This woke me up twice in the middle of the night forcing me to get up to deal with the noise.

Outside, the entire motel was being repainted, and the worry existed that the painters mate get paint on our cars so parking was extremely limited until after 5 PM when the painters left which allowed you to park next to the building once again

Perfect stay! Great value for money
Pros:

Such a beautiful, comfortable and clean place. The couple who run it are really friendly and sweet, and the coffee is great too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back if we're in the area again!

Pros:

Superb value for money!!! Honestly one of the finest rooms we've ever stayed at, easily competing and winning over much more expensive 4* or even 5* hotels. Our room was freshly renovated and smartly decorated up to the last detail. Everything was shiny clean and in excellent quality, everything needed was there in the best and cleverest way possible. The whole motel is being renovated at this moment, so don't let its semi-painted exterior scare you off. I'm telling you the place is amazing!!

Remodeled room, clean and very friendly staff. Grocery and other shops, restaurants, coffee, parks within walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast advertised but not provided when we were there, only coffee and juice. They could use more lighting (one lamp and the bathroom light/fan) in the king room we were in. They are re-painting the outside, but we were not informed ahead of time so the looks of the outside was a surprise. It will look much better after the painting is completed!

Great value for money
Pros:

Modern furniture in the room, great shower. Bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little soft. There were some chairs outside to sit in the sun, which was nice. Staff was really friendly!

Cons:

Renovations were ongoing at the property, which were loud during daytime. Moreover, the property is located close to major roads, which can be noisy.

Pros:

Excelente punto de ubicacion, muy centrico y puedes salir caminando alrededor para comer algo. Un extra podria decir que ahora cuentan con una maquina express de diferentea tipos de cafe y chocolate caliente disponible a cualquier hora. Eso para mi hace una gran diferencia. Actualmente estan remodelando las habitaciones y sus baños.

Cons:

La limpieza debe mejorar pero no me quejo, es la unica cosa que no me satisface.
