Pros:

Excellent rooms and great location. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was always good.

Cons:

Kitchen not equipped with anything, not even basic cutlery are a pot or a bowl. Disappointing for what we paid.

Pros:

It was reasonable quiet and good value to put our head for one night. The staff were welcoming and tried to help make the stay a pleasure

Location was good as it's nearby my relative's house

Cons:

When you take a shower, the water was spilled on the bathroom floor. The furniture was old (especially the dining chairs) needs to be replaced. It's not safe to sit on it.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was well furnished and clean. Just a short walk to Nhieu Loc Canal where there are numerous coffee shops.

Cons:

The location in District 3 means a lot of tours won't pick you up.
The room is starting to show its age.
There was no cutlery, plates or utensils to make the kitchen useful.
