Very nice room with a downtown view.
Pros:

The location, downtown Topeka, was great. The Capitol building and restaurants were within walking distance. We were able to park our vehicle right in front of the hotel, as our stay was on a Sunday night. (Be out of the area by 10 am or you will get a ticket, as there is two-hour parking on weekdays.)

Cons:

For the price of the room, I felt parking should have been included. It is an additional fee to park in their lot.

Came in for a wedding and was only there for 24 hours however it was perfect
Pros:

It was beautiful inside. Staff was so sweet. Rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable

Cons:

There is not one thing I disliked about the hotel. My stay beyond exceeded my expectations

Excellent visit to Topeka. We enjoyed being in the downtown and having nice places to walk/explore.
Pros:

Breakfast good. Choices about the same as other motels/hotels. Nothing was special.

Cons:

Add bagels and a couple other breakfast choices. Maybe pancakes or waffles.
