Disappointing, outdated, dirty and expensive.

NOTHING, REALLY. Read below.

Cons:

Very expensive for what it offered: dated rooms, unclean and smelly carpets, the matresses were too high from the floor (probably need a two-step ladder to climb up the bed!!!) and no breakfast offered. I barely even see the staff, other than during check-in and check-out. The coffee machine didn't work either. The water machine downstairs -in the hall- didn't heat up the water enough to make some tea (too lukewarm), plus Housekeeping threw away the three bags that I use to wrap my shampoo, conditioner and hair spray in my luggage. Waste of money!!!.

Convenient option close to the Space Needle!

Great position, the hotel is pretty old but it's a good and less expensive solution that allows you to visit Seattle city center!

Cons:

The building is pretty old. The area is just like any other big city downtown area.

Comfortable, cheap.
Pros:

Location, parking easily, pool, hot tub, predictability

Cons:

Mold on ceilings in washroom & in shower, hot tub obviously hasn’t been cleaned in some time, pool safety signs not up to date (faded information)

Well located old fashioned style of motel with good access to downtown bus routes.
Pros:

Great location walking distance to the Space Needle. Small pool. Old fashioned style of motel but met our needs for 3 nights stay. Good bus routes nearby to downtown.

Cons:

All a bit old and in need of refurbishment. But clean.

Good place to stay for a visit to Seattle
Pros:

Friendly staff , nice big room , good location 5 minutes away from the Space Needle, free Tea and coffee in the Lobby , there is a small swimming pool, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to Wholefoods supermarket.

Cons:

It’s a bit dated, brown and cream decor ( if they painted it White with white gloss doors it would look totally different )

Good for walking!
Pros:

While the hotel is old, it is still nice. We had a fun time at the pool with the view of the space needle. I do think they need to invest in some updates overtime as it is outdated. The staff is very friendly though, and they compensated our parking for having to be next to a very noisy elevator. I do not recommend being by the elevator, but we survived. We would come back for the convenience of walk ability around Seattle. Only a 20 minute, less than a mile walk to pikes place and very short walk to the space needle. Walgreens and gas station in walk distance too.

Jacuzzi didn’t work. Pool was ice cold. Our elevator button was broke so we have to call the front desk before we leave the room to send the elevator up.

Decent pricing for the location.
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable, I liked the coffee and tea available at any time.

Cons:

The bathroom in my room was underwhelming. You couldn’t wash your hands in the sink without touching the sink because the tap was very close to the side of the sink and that was difficult.
