Dingy, smelly, and expensive; but the staff were really nice!
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Did not get breakfast. Decent location but poor parking. First floor room smelled like a mix of mildew, body odor, and urine. Did not smell any cigarettes though! Switched to 3rd floor room, which smelled normal. Both rooms had peeling paint, black mildew, peeling wallpaper, and looked waaaaay cheaper than what we paid for the room. Did not use outdoor pool. Shower wouldn’t turn off.

Everything seems to need renovation
Pros:

The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel. It is a great choice if you need to walk to Climate Pledge Arena, and it is also very convenient for visiting the Museum of Pop Culture and the Space Needle. The hotel does not offer breakfast, although luckily there are some excellent bakeries within walking distance, so finding a good breakfast is not difficult.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was quite disappointing. The pictures online show the rooms with different lighting that makes them look cozy and inviting, but in reality the hotel is very dark and is very very outdated. The shower and sink faucets have an old mechanism, and the sink is so small that when washing your hands you can easily hit your hands against the sink.
I also had to change rooms twice. In the first room, the light was not working. The second room had clearly been used for smoking and, because of the curtains and carpets, the smell was particularly strong and unpleasant - not recommended for people with any allergy! Speaking of the curtains, they do not close properly, so only the standard sheer white curtain remains closed.
Unfortunately, I also found hairs on the pillow and on the towels. Another major issue is the smell throughout the hotel. There is a strange, unpleasant and somewhat nauseating odor in the common areas. It is a real shame because the price is not cheap, and considering the condition of the hotel, I don't feel it offers good value for money.

Cons:

Shower had extremely low water pressure and was cold to lukewarm and bathroom faucet was stuck and difficult to turn on and had no hot water.

Fine hotel, was not happy with the service.
Pros:

Location was good, right by the space needle and accessible by bus. The room was fine, clean enough and big enough for 2 people but nothing extraordinary.

Cons:

I accidentally left some clothes in the closet. When I called to inquire about them, the manager claimed that they were not left in the room. When I insisted that I did, they were extremely disrespectful and dismissive, suggesting that they may be in my luggage (after I had already told them I had double-checked). The only help that they offered was to call the Seattle Police non-emergency line. While I understand that I "abandoned" my clothes and am no longer a customer once I checked out, I still expect better treatment from management.

Great Service and location! Needs renovation!!
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The location was perfect for where we were going to see a concert at Climate Pledge.

Cons:

The room is way past needing an update. It is a very dated hotel. The air didn't move around the room. Pillows were to small and the mattress was definitely passed its time.
