Decent hotel in a good location. The hotel was more utilitarian, not somewhere you want to unwind.
Pros:

The location was conveniently located close to various tourist attractions, shopping malls, and convention centers. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast was simple but had enough options that even my 11 month old baby was able to eat there. The roasted pumpkin was a great option for her.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. We found some trash and other items under one of the beds which made us question how thorough the cleaning staff was before our arrival. Also our room was very small with a window facing out to the main street. Although the view was nice, the noise of motorbikes zooming by late into the night was not.

Excelente ubicación en Gangman - al lado del COEX y del metro. Desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Not a 4-Star hotel. Ok for conference, not for tourist.
Pros:

Near conference center and Starfield Mall.

Cons:

Inflexible staff. Lighting doesn't work well. Room was super hot, AC not functioning sufficiently for the poorly insulated window.

Superb location, very comfortable hotel, nice rooftop terrace, very awesome views from the room (we got a room on 21th floor).

Cons:

ไม่ชอบแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดคนที่มีอายุผมสั้นหยิก เราไม่รู้เรื่องการแยกขยะ เราเอาขวดน้ำอัดลมที่กินไม่หมดแยกจากถุงขยะ เค้าหยิบขวดแล้วเปิดเทลงซิ้งค์ ตอนเปิดก็พูดเกาหลีไปด้วยเราฟังไม่ออก และน้ำอัดลมก็กระเด็นโดนชุดเรา ไม่ขอโทษอะไรเลย มีแต่เราที่ขอโทษเค้าที่เราไม่รู้ง่าต้องจัดเตรียมขยะแบบไหนถึงจะถูกต้อง แย่มากไม่มีมารยาท อีกอย่างที่ไม่ชอบคือห้องน้ำไม่มีทีาวางชุดสำหรับเปลี่ยน
