Ganz tolles Frühstück. Und die Anlage mit allen Pools und Liegefläche war toll. Uns wurden ein besseres Zimmer gegeben als gebucht. Der Urlaub in diesem Hotel war wunderschön.

Tolles Hotel, es kann mehr Augenmerk auf die Qualitat des Essens gelegt werden
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels, die vielen Pools und Möglichkeiten auf dem Gelände sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre vor der Saison. Die Mitarbeitenden waren durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Auch die Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen – sauber, geräumig und komfortabel.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Hinweis zum Außenbereich auf der unteren Ebene Richtung Meer: Dort waren einige Holzlatten des Terrassen-/Bodenbereichs locker oder bereits gebrochen. Da dies eine potenzielle Verletzungsgefahr darstellen könnte, wäre es gut, dies noch einmal zu überprüfen.

Das Buffet bot eine wirklich große Auswahl, allerdings hätten wir uns persönlich etwas mehr Fokus auf Qualität statt Quantität gewünscht. Weniger Desserts oder zusätzliche Toppings hätten wir gern gegen frischere und hochwertigere Hauptspeisen eingetauscht. Gerade beim Fisch hatten wir leider mehrfach die Erfahrung, dass er sehr trocken und stark durchgegart war. Auch bei den Hauptgerichten wirkte die Auswahl teilweise wenig abwechslungsreich. Zudem war das Essen häufig nur lauwarm oder bereits kalt. Beim Obst, insbesondere bei frischen Beeren, waren einige Erdbeeren teilweise schon sehr weich und nicht mehr frisch. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir dagegen die frische Saftbar sowie die große Auswahl an Milchprodukten und Alternativen.

Auch die Beschilderung am Buffet war teilweise etwas unübersichtlich. Gerade für Gäste mit Allergien oder Unverträglichkeiten wäre eine klarere Kennzeichnung hilfreich.

Unser größter Kritikpunkt betrifft allerdings unser Zimmer. Der Ausblick war wunderschön – teilweise auf das Meer und teilweise auf die Landschaft und Berge. Leider trat insbesondere an windstillen Tagen ein sehr starker Kanal-/Abwassergeruch aus dem unteren Bereich auf, der teilweise sogar bis in unser Zimmer zog.

Wir haben dies an der Rezeption angesprochen, allerdings fühlten wir uns beim ersten Gespräch leider eher abgewiesen. Uns wurde erklärt, das Problem liege beim Nachbargrundstück und man könne nichts tun. Bei einem zweiten Gespräch wurde der Hinweis zwar aufgenommen, allerdings wurde später nicht noch einmal darauf eingegangen – weder beim Aufenthalt selbst noch beim Check-out.

Wir verstehen absolut, dass nicht jedes Problem sofort lösbar ist – gerade vor der Saison.

Fantastic luxury hotel
Pros:

Amazing experience! The hotel offered great breakfast and dinner, there are 3 outside pools in the hotel, whereoff two are located at seaside, one with infinity view. Super kindly staff!! Any request will be handeled on the spot, we felt this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. We will come back✨

Coup de coeur absolu ! Hâte d’y retourner
Pros:

L’établissement était juste exceptionnel !! Tout était parfait.. le personnel était d’une bienveillance et d’une gentillesse hors norme.
Les équipements proposés et la qualité du buffet (petit déjeuner et dîner) sont remarquables.
Puis, la plage et la vue c’est juste Wouauuh !

Cons:

Il est juste dommage qu’il soit assez loin de la ville Zante.

Pros:

I love how friendly and accommodating the staffs are, especially Mr. VASILI! He ensured we are taken care of and recommended a very delicious restaurant. All requests asked, he was able to provide solutions right away.

Cons:

Bugs. We stayed at the one with the pool. Perhaps a screen on the sliding door would be better to avoid the bugs from coming inside the room.
