- PAR CONTRE et c'est un GROS MOINS : chambre sur la rue! nous n'avons pas pu dormir + cloison entre les chambres et portes de communication non insonorisées !!! nous n'avons pas dormis de la nuit

Amazing and beautiful hotel
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a beautiful place with an incredible breakfast. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything.

The room was cleaned twice a day, but the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We traveled with a baby, and they went above and beyond to help us by providing a baby bathtub and a crib in the room, as well as storing our baby’s food for us.

Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We will definitely come back.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful from the rooms, the cleanliness, beautiful breakfast and the staff
A big call out to the Manager Sheik Rojas he went out of his way to chat and help us out and we had come all the way from New Zealand and it was very special

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Cartagena.
Pros:

Een heerlijke kamer met superleuk uitzicht op calle del colegio.

Cons:

Wij vonden het wat rommelig, het zusterhotel Casona del Povenir vonden wij meer verzorgd. Er ligt beneden bouwmateriaal, het is niet brandschoon in de openbare ruimtes. Een laag stof op het dressoir in het restaurant terwijl medewerkers op hun telefoon zitten.
Gewoon wat minder verzorgd. Terwijl de kamer wel echt top was.

Pros:

Localização. Perto do porto, do bairro de San Diego e de vários restaurantes e lojas. Boa cama. Bom chuveiro embora uma noite a água não tenha passado da temperatura morna, Netflix, frigobar, água gratuita... Suíte Luxo é muito espaçosa. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Cons:

A cozinha não está preparada para atender uma necessidade do cliente no caso de um mal estar. Por exemplo, só existe o arroz com coco. Não há disponibilidade de legumes e verduras variados. Tudo demora muito.
Por ser central, até certa hora há barulho na rua.

Nice hotel in a lively part of the old town
Pros:

Beautiful decorations, good breakfast, very spacious rooms, great location.

Cons:

It gets quite loud on Saturday night, there are a lot of clubs outside.
