風呂入れて、寝るだけで良いってタイプの人はとても有意義な場所
Pros:

博多駅の近くで、ご飯食べに行くにも便利がよい。
近くにコンビニやドラッグストアもあり、飲料水も
比較的安く買える。お風呂も夜から朝まで自由に入れるから丁度良い。

Cons:

今回は荷物が多くないから、良かったけど、2泊や3泊になるとロッカーが狭いから大変かもしれない。
またスーツケースは1階ロビーに置くので、寝室の2階と離れてるから、取りに行くのは、少し億劫かもしれない。

値段相応
Pros:

・駅から近い。
・料金が安い。
・チェックイン前に荷物を預けることができた。
・朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

・2段ベッドの階段が急で登り降りが危険だった。
・風呂が狭かった。
・ロッカー室が狭く、また、ロッカーも小さかった。
・館内着にポケットがなくて、カードキーの持ち運びに不便だった。

価格重視の際は、ちょうど良いホテルかと思います。
Pros:

朝食付きにして、和食を頂きましたが、とてもおいしかったです。
カフェの雰囲気も良くゆっくりできました。　窓からの日差しが強いので、シェードなどで日差しの調整ができると良いと思いました。個室は、物を置く場所などが充実していると感じました。できれば小さなごみ箱などあると嬉しいです。

Cons:

お風呂がついていましたが、あまり広くないので、複数人だと使いにくいと感じました。トイレは鍵を持っていかなくてはならないので面倒に感じました。
ロッカールームなど、24時間の監視がされているのに、カメラに気づかず着替えをしている方もいて、チェックインの時に詳しく説明をする必要があると思います。
女性のロッカールームは監視カメラはいらないのでは？と思いました。
