お風呂場に、貴重品ロッカーなかったので、わざわざ受付まで行くのは面倒くさい。貴重品ロッカーを置くべきです。

よかったあー　また使いたいです

スパ付きで快適　朝食もボリュームも味もよかったです

Cons:

空港行きのバスが出発時刻になっても来なくて渋滞で遅れたけど　6分過ぎて　どうなっていますか？　と声かけするまで気づかれてなくて20分くらい経った頃　受付の女性が払い戻ししますって言って来られ　飛行機の出発に間に合わなくなってきてすごく困った　その時の上司かなぁ男の人達の対応が素早くバスの連絡やら出庫の手引きやら　運転手さんも間に合うように対応してくださって無事到着し　助かりました〜　ありがたかったです

宿泊してる客のマナーが極端に悪い
チェックイン時フロントスタッフから注意事項の紙を読むように案内されて読みましたが注意事項を守っていない宿泊客が多すぎる！
張り紙やチェックイン時の案内だけでは効果が薄いのでホテルスタッフがもっと巡回して注意するべきだとおもいました！！ルール守っている宿泊客が不憫すぎます！

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t take my luggage into the cabin space as I needed to organize my clothes but it is okay for them to store for me. Perhaps a luggage repacking station off the ground could be made
