Amazing stay at a modern, clean and comfortable boutique hotel
Pros:

The location was great, very close to Galata Tower, coffee shops, restaurants, and the famous Istiklal Street. While the hotel was small and did not have any facilities, it was clean, modern and comfortable, all you need in order to rest before spending the entire day exploring Istanbul. There was no breakfast option, but with all the cafes and restaurants close by, who needs a hotel breakfast? There was ample complimentary bottled water provided in the bar fridge.

Cons:

There was no hotel lobby and public ablutions, this would have been convenient but was not a major issue.

posizione incredibile, nel mezzo del quartiere vivo (soprattutto al sera) ma su una stradina priva di bar rumorosi e molesti, comodissimo a metro e funicolare, letto fantastico, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Le camere sono 2 per piano, disposte attorno ad una scala a chiocciola ROMPIGAMBE, sconsiglio vivamente a chi trolley, problemi anche blandi di deambulazione o bambini. La camera era pulitissima, ma dozzinale, con le piastrelle del pavimento doccia sbeccate, la tinta dei muri rappezzata ed i lavabo di design (marmo e metallo) arruginito...

Se trata de 2 edificios pequeños uno en frente de otro, gestionados por la misma persona. Nosotros habiamos reservado 2 noches en el blu hotel y ya en la primera noche nos ospedaron en el otro edificio (snog rooms) aunque no nos parecio mal. A las 11h de la mañana del dia siguiente nos mandaron un whatsapp diciendo que nos tenian que cambiar de habitacion al blu hotel, que ellos se encargaban de recoger nuestras cosas y trasladarlas, a lo que nos negamos y decidimos ir a hacerlo nosotros mismos, por lo que ya interrumpieron nuestra mañana de turismo. Dejamos las maletas recogidas en recepción y cuando volvimos, nos habian ubicado en una habitación estandar que se encuentra en la misma puerta del edificio y que no tiene puerta de entrada más que un cristal cubierto de una cortina habiendo pagado nosotros por una deluxe cama grande. Tuvimos que reclamar la situacion y finalmente nos ubicaron en la habitacion que pagamos desde un inicio. Oktaw se disculpó y nos regaló el desayuno del dia siguiente.

Cons:

Comportement inacceptable et manque de respect total.
La majorité des établissements fixent le départ à 12 h. Ici, dès 11 h, le propriétaire a commencé à frapper violemment à la porte et a tenté de l'ouvrir lui-même. Lorsque j'ai demandé seulement 10 minutes pour pouvoir fermer ma valise, il a refusé catégoriquement. Il est allé jusqu'à sortir ma valise à la réception en me sommant de quitter les lieux immédiatement, sans même me laisser le temps de mettre mes chaussures. Un comportement choquant et agressif qui a gâché la fin de mon séjour. Établissement à éviter.

Excellent money/quality wise!
Pros:

We chose the hotel mainly for it's location. Couldn't believe other people's reviews about it being on a quiet street (coz nothing is quiet in Galata area or Istanbul in general hah :) but it was indeed a super calm and quiet little street with a great walking access to anything! Room was small but clean as well as the bathroom. Bottled water was free of charge and within reach right outside the rooms. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Cons:

The bed was a bit lopsided and pillows could have been a bit better
