Wasn't up to standards, changed our booking to different hotel after one night
Pros:

Since we were unhappy with the accommodation, the staff offered us a refund for the remaining nights. The staff said there was nothing they could do regarding the wifi not working in our room or the cleanliness, but the refund allowed us to book another hotel for our last four nights. The manager was very kind to us regarding our complaints and was happy to refund us the money.

Cons:

Room was unclean upon check in. Last guest's hair was on the shower wall and cock roaches were crawling into our bags.
The wifi wasn't working from the start and couldn't be fixed, however the staff tried to.
Room was generally dusty and unclean with very basic amenities (fridge only, no microwave to use in the hotel). Staff said there was no other options for us such as moving us rooms or having another clean, and told us cockroaches were to be expected in the environment (they weren't an issue at any other hotel).
Not everyone would be able to afford to book a new accommodation without first receiving the refund which as expected took a couple days to receive but luckily that was an option for us (and was well worth it)

Very memorable it will not be forgotten.
Pros:

Great proximity to the strip.

Cons:

I was robbed of my glasses, passport, wallet with cash and two credit cards and drivers licence id along with my new iPhone 17 pro max. That happened in my room the robber was a Good Samaritan who gave me a lift back to the Hotel and said he would also help me get into my room as I had said I could not see properly as it was dark and I need my glasses. At least I was not harmed.

Convenient 2 star hotel
Pros:

Location was great, surrounded by many eateries & also ABC stores, so convenient. Noisy at the pool area during day time, can hear from room.

Occasional car/motorbike zooming past the hotel road. Rustic bedroom design but generally clean room & bathroom, bed was reasonably comfy though can feel it's alittle old (dented in the middle).

Sink drain hole didn't have a stopper, we dropped our toothpaste cap in & couldn't retrieve it back. Had to be careful with small items near the water drains. 🥹

Cheap laundry & dryer was a plus. $1.75 for wash, $1 for dryer. $1.50 additional for laundry powder. Though the dryer was abit sandy.

Bad experience
Pros:

Putting guest over an eatery that plays loud music above your room is unacceptable. The bathroom must have been above the kitchen because it was very hot and loud. Hotel staff did not seem to be concerned about anything I had to say. I even asked for a different room twice once on arrival and the next morning before six. Checked out and went to a different hotel. I am a long-time repeat customer, brought my daughter this time with me. I won't be back.

Delivered everything I wanted from a hotel this trip, the local vibe and location unmatched.
Pros:

Perfect location to everything required for my stay. Tour buses, trolleys, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable hotel and unmatched location. Local vibe. The ukulele and Hawaiian dancing night on Wednesday was fun and interactive.

Only stay in a pinch
Pros:

Location and value for a Friday stay. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Building was older and it wasn't maintained well. Two elevators but were so small. The one we used to get to our room while we were there could only fit two people with a small suitcase each. Bathroom very small. No place to set personal toiletries. Had to put them on the table in the sleeping area. I booked 2 queen beds and was given one king but they corrected. It is a difficult building to maneuver so the inconvenience of going through the narrow hallways, cutouts in building, etc
