Jennifer was amazing, she was very helpful. However, communication with the rest of the staff in English was really difficult even when using Google translator. The location was very good. Good options for breakfast we appreciate that they have poch eggs option and outs. The common areas and dinning room were general clean.
The towels smelled a lot to bleach. Our impression was that beds were hard. My partner had sore waists every morning and pillows need to be changed. The shower glasses had grime. I would recommend a deep clean as the glass is very cloudy.
The pool tiles are falling down.
The walls paint is falling down .
Breakfast drinks is just coffee or black tea. They might have other options of tea . Also the omelette eggs is just with onions and capsicum, they might introduce other toppings . Labels of the food wasn't updated or wasn't displayed and as personal do not speak English it was difficult to know.
The security box and the mini bar were not working. They fixed but was annoying to request this.
Our flight was really early in the morning, so we checked with reception twice during the previous days and we were told that we would have take away breakfast, but we didn't get in the morning, even though they had promised us that they would organise with the kitchen the day before.

Good location, spacious room
Very old albeit the room was decent. Did find a few roaches in the room. Shower pressure leaves a lot to be desired. The male receptionist needs more training on how to treat guests and has poor common sense. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC gets very cold so it was nice. Just be sure to ask for an extra card to place in the electricity slot or else power shuts off everytime you leave the room as they only issue one key card. The hallways are hot, dirty and muggy. Overall dont expect much as you definitely get what you pay for.

Limpeza!!! O quarto tinha um odor de urina, talvez na cama ou no chão.
Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ, ví trí tốt. Xứng đáng với giá tiền.
Staff was great and accommodating
I got a room on a high floor. The AC barely worked. The staff moved me to a lower floor and it was much better.
Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the halls and other rooms.
Kids were running around and banging doors until midnight. Staff did put a stop to it after complaints.

I stayed at this hotel several times and in three different rooms, and every stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good with enough variety, and the location is excellent. The hotel offers great value for money. What impressed me the most was the reception staff – the ladies at the front desk were always very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel at home and were always ready to help with a smile.

Spacious rooms, simply appointed but very clean. Family Suite was great with two entries from corridor and two bathrooms. We put the teens in there! Staff were helpful and available. The location was excellent, very short walk to beach, close to restaurants and supermarket. Utilised the driver service offered at the hotel for trip to Marble Mountains. We just wanted a drop off and pick up, no tour and they were fine with this. Price was fair, comparable to Grab but we preferred having the return trip pre booked. Breakfast was great, something different every day.
Might put some folks off - King suite bathroom floor to ceiling window faces outside (see pic), but there was a blind. Bathrooms in Family suite have the glass wall, typical of south east Asia. But they had blinds, too.
